Hoy estaba antojada de pastas y con poco tiempo para hacer un tuco, abr\u00ed la heladera y vi que ten\u00eda una plantita de albahaca, muy hermosa, que compr\u00e9 hace unos d\u00edas para hacer la <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/pizza-gluten-free\/\">pizza gluten free<\/a>. Y como en mi casa somos fans de las aceitunas negras, siempre tengo stock. Mi hija Roma adora los tomates cherry, por lo que tampoco faltan\u00a0 en mi cocina. Sum\u00e9 todos los ingredientes, m\u00e1s algunos otros y sali\u00f3 este platazo en unos pocos minutos.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-4621 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/pasta-mediterranea-03.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"680\" height=\"900\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Te cuento que, para que la salsa quede bastante espesa como se ve en la foto, le agregu\u00e9 solo 2 cucharadas de agua de cocci\u00f3n de los fideos, 1 cucharada de levadura nutricional en polvo y 1 cucharadita de extracto de tomate, pero estos ingredientes son totalmente opcionales. Generalmente suelo usar los tomates sin pelar, pero esta vez decid\u00ed quitarles la piel porque en casa siempre terminan dej\u00e1ndolas en el plato. Les aseguro que vale la pena tomarse esos minutos, porque como resultado obtendr\u00e1s una salsa mas suave y cremosa.<\/p>\n<p>Les dejo la receta y espero que les guste y disfruten en
