Mi respuesta es NO! El tofu es mil veces m\u00e1s rico, eso s\u00ed hay que encontrar la forma de prepararlo para que no quede insulso. Y adivin\u00e1 que? Estamos ac\u00e1 para compartirte esta receta que te va a dejar con ganas de comer m\u00e1s y con ganas de prepar\u00e1rselo a aquellos amigos y familiares que siempre te dicen &#8220;C\u00f3mo pod\u00e9s comer eso?&#8221; Jajaja!<\/p>\n<p>Antes de que salgas corriendo a la diet\u00e9tica, te cuento que hay un paso IMPORTANT\u00cdSIMO que no deb\u00e9s saltear para que la textura del tofu cambie de &#8220;blandengue&#8221; a &#8220;esponjosa&#8221;. Debemos llevar el bloque as\u00ed como lo compramos, directamente al freezer por al menos 6 horas. Hay quienes lo prensan antes de congelarlo, pero hice la prueba y no hay diferencia, as\u00ed que te estoy ahorrando un paso! Entonces, repasando: Compr\u00e1s el tofu, lo met\u00e9s en el freezer por 6 horas o toda la noche. Luego s\u00ed, prens\u00e1s bien para sacar el excedente de agua. Dejalo unos 20 minutos envuelto en un repasador limpio y con mucho peso arriba. Si no tuvieras esos minutos pod\u00e9s colocar el tofu entre dos tablas y hacer presi\u00f3n con ambas manos.<\/p>\n<p>Por qu\u00e9 lo freezamos? Como te coment\u00e9 antes, la textura del tofu cambia despu\u00e9s de congelarlo. Al hacerlo, las part\u00edculas de cristales de agua se expanden, dejando como resultado una textura m\u00e1s carnosa.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/tofu02.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-4683 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/tofu02-227x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"530\" height=\"700\"\/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Solo resta decir que una vez prensado, hay que trozarlo con los dedos y marinarlo durante unos 20 minutos. Si dispon\u00e9s de un poco m\u00e1s de tiempo siempre va a quedar m\u00e1s sabroso. Despu\u00e9s lo salte\u00e1s y LISTO! Yo lo acompa\u00f1\u00e9 con arroz blanco y unos esp\u00e1rragos salteados con ajo, pero pod\u00e9s hacer unos churrasquitos para s\u00e1ndwiches, o unas brochetas combinadas con distintos vegetales tambi\u00e9n pod\u00e9s usarlo para un wok o para una ensalada. Las variantes son muchas!<\/p>\n<p>Le prometo que vale la pena cada paso que hay que seguir, el resultado es INCRE\u00cdBLE! style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">En un bol colocar la salsa de soja, el sirope, el ajo rallado, el jengibre rallado, el aceite de oliva y el wasabi e integrar,<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-4685-step-0-4\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Trozar el tofu groseramente y colocarlo en el bol. Mezclar cuidadosamente con esp\u00e1tula para que el l\u00edquido se impregne en el tofu.
