Esta receta fue la segunda m\u00e1s votada en la encuesta en la que les pregunt\u00e1bamos qu\u00e9 propuestas de nuestro libro, <a href=\"https:\/\/holavegan.mercadoshops.com.ar\/MLA-809914309-libro-comida-tipica-argentina-vegana-_JM?quantity=1\">Comida T\u00edpica Argentina Vegana<\/a> (Albatros), les gustar\u00eda ver en video.<\/p>\n<p>A diferencia de los chorizos, al elaborar estas salchichas no se amasa. Su consistencia es m\u00e1s la de una pasta que la de una masa. Lo bueno es que son libres de gluten!!! Porque est\u00e1n hechas a base de arroz, zanahoria y harina de garbanzos.\u00a0 As\u00ed que son una gran alternativa para los m\u00e1s chiquitos, ya que son CERO CHATARRA!<\/p>\n<h5>\u00bfSaben qu\u00e9 tiene la salchicha no-vegana?<\/h5>\n<p>Seg\u00fan Wikipedia, son embutidos a base de carne picada (de vaca, cerdo o pollo). Para su elaboraci\u00f3n suelen aprovecharse las partes del animal, como la grasa, las v\u00edsceras o la sangre. Tambi\u00e9n se usan conservantes, saborizantes, colorantes y aditivos. El resultado, se introduce\u00a0una envoltura que es tradicionalmente la piel del intestino del animal.<\/p>\n<p>Seg\u00fan el INTI (Instituto Nacional de Tecnolog\u00eda Industrial), las salchichas m\u00e1s baratas -y por ende las de menor calidad- est\u00e1n hechas con pollo mec\u00e1nicamente recuperado: el resultado de que el cad\u00e1ver del pollo, ya desprovisto de todos los cortes \u00fatiles, sea aplastado hasta formar una pasta.<\/p>\n<p>Seg\u00fan la Organizaci\u00f3n Mundial de la Salud, el consumo de salchichas (as\u00ed como otras formas de carne procesada como las hamburguesas y embutidos), aumenta el riesgo de sufrir c\u00e1ncer.<\/p>\n<h5>EL PAN TAMBI\u00c9N<\/h5>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/pan-panchos-1.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-4760\" src=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/pan-panchos-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"680\" height=\"900\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>La mayor\u00eda de los panes para panchos comerciales tienen LECHE o suero de leche en polvo, y cuando no, tienen grasa animal. Hay pocas opciones veganas y est\u00e1n llenas de conservantes.<\/p>\n<p>Esta versi\u00f3n de pan casero lleva harina integral y aceite de oliva. block;\">Para el pan de panchos, formar peque\u00f1as barras de unos 20 cm\r de largo, colocar las barras en una placa aceitada o con papel de\r horno y aplastarlas suavemente, achat\u00e1ndolas un poco.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-4764-step-0-5\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Pincelar con agua y agregar semillas de s\u00e9samo por encima.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-4764-step-0-6\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Tapar con repasador y dejar reposar durante otra 1\/2 style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Pasada la 1\/2 hora, cocinar en el horno precalentado por 20-25\r minutos o hasta que est\u00e9n doraditos.<\/span><\/div><\/li><\/ul><\/div><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-group\"><h4 class=\"wprm-recipe-group-name wprm-recipe-instruction-group-name wprm-block-text-bold\">Para las salchichas:<\/h4><ul class=\"wprm-recipe-instructions\"><li id=\"wprm-recipe-4764-step-1-0\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Lavar y cocinar el arroz junto al trozo de remolacha.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-4764-step-1-1\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Colarle el agua y agregarle la zanahoria rallada y el ajo picado.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-4764-step-1-2\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Pasar por el mixer hasta lograr una pasta.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-4764-step-1-3\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Agregar la f\u00e9cula de mandioca, la harina de garbanzos y los condimentos.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-4764-step-1-4\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Para formar las salchichas tenemos que volcar una cucharada sobre el film como trazando una l\u00ednea.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-4764-step-1-5\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Envolver con el film y arrollar d\u00e1ndole forma de salchicha. Cerrar las puntas con nudos. Es necesario que la salchicha quede bien envuelta para que luego no se desarme en el hervor.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-4764-step-1-6\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Llevar las salchichas a la heladera por lo menos durante dos horas.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-4764-step-1-7\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Una vez fr\u00edas, poner agua a hervir en una olla. Si la olla es grande, pueden meterse todas las salchichas juntas, si no deber\u00e1n cocinarse por tandas. El agua debe estar hirviendo al momento de ponerlas.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-4764-step-1-8\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Hervir las salchichas durante 15 minutos, aproximadamente. Aumentar\u00e1n de tama\u00f1o y el color cambiar\u00e1 levemente.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-4764-step-1-9\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Retirarlas de la olla, dejarlas enfriar y quitarles el envoltorio.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-4764-step-1-10\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Antes de servirlas, calentar un grill o sart\u00e9n, untarlo con aceite de oliva y grillar las salchichas.
