Estamos tan ocupadas las 3! Entre las redes sociales, el canal de YouTube, la produccci\u00f3n del nuevo libro y nuestros trabajos y vidas uuuuff, INTENSIDAAAAAAADDDDDDD.<\/p>\n<h5>Les cuento un poco qu\u00e9 onda con mi <em>gluten free life.<\/em><\/h5>\n<p>Resulta que hace un mes, aproximadamente, decid\u00ed empezar a comer m\u00e1s saludable y entero (whole foods) esto es, sin ultraprocesados y todo REAL. Hice consulta con una nutricionista y empec\u00e9 el camino hacia una Lol\u00e9t m\u00e1s saludable, m\u00e1s fuerte, m\u00e1s en\u00e9rgica. Lo hice porque no me sent\u00eda bien, siempre estaba cansada y sin ganas de hacer ejercicio. Estaba ganando peso y la verdad, no estaba siendo la madre que mi hijito Sim\u00f3n (un nenito lleeeeeeeeeeeeno de vitalidad de casi 3 a\u00f1os) merec\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p>Mis an\u00e1lisis de sangre daban perfectos, as\u00ed que no hab\u00eda nada de &#8220;salud&#8221; de qu\u00e9 preocuparse, pero claramente, el combustible que le estaba dando a mi cuerpo, no era el que estaba necesitando.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Al principio me cost\u00f3 dejar la tostada de cada desayuno y cambiar el caf\u00e9 con leche de soja por un licuado verde, pero lo consegu\u00ed y eso me da la energ\u00eda que tanto me estaba faltando antes.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>No quiero adentrarme demasiado en mi plan de alimentaci\u00f3n, s\u00f3lo contarles que, gracias a esta nueva manera de comer, estoy descubriendo y creando un mont\u00f3n de recetas nuevas, que los veganos <em>healthy<\/em>, las personas con diabetes y sobre todo personas con celiaqu\u00eda e intolerantes al gluten van a width=\"680\" height=\"900\" \/><\/p>\n<h5>Volviendo a este bud\u00edn<\/h5>\n<p>Este bud\u00edn est\u00e1 inspirado en nuestra f\u00f3rmula m\u00e1gica de bud\u00edn vegano que pueden ver <a href=\"https:\/\/youtu.be\/10flu-qrMSw\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">aqu\u00ed<\/a>.<br \/>\nLa diferencia es que, us\u00e9 una mezcla de harinas sin gluten de grano entero, que son, harina de trigo sarraceno integral y harina de arroz integral.<br \/>\nEl endulzante que utilic\u00e9 fue sirope de agave, que adem\u00e1s aporta humedad a la miga, se puede reemplazar por miel de arroz, melaza de ca\u00f1a o por xilitol.<\/p>\n<p>No le puse aceite, de ning\u00fan tipo y el l\u00edquido que utilic\u00e9 fue leche de c\u00e1\u00f1amo que me hago fresca con semillas enteras, obviamente, puede hacerse con cualquier leche vegetal, mejor si es casera.<\/p>\n<p>Espero que les guste y que lo personalicen como m\u00e1s les guste, el m\u00edo lleva ralladura de lim\u00f3n, un
