{"id":478,"date":"2014-04-29T21:18:08","date_gmt":"2014-04-29T19:18:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/holavegan.theblogpress.com\/?p=478"},"modified":"2026-04-12T18:32:23","modified_gmt":"2026-04-12T21:32:23","slug":"pizza-de-quinoa","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/holavegan.com\/en\/pizza-de-quinoa\/","title":{"rendered":"Vegano, Pizza y Fain\u00e1"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Esta pizza es para comer sin culpa alguna, pues est\u00e1 llena de prote\u00edna y nutrientes, adem\u00e1s de ser DELICIOSA!<br \/>\nDecid\u00ed hacerla mientras herv\u00eda un poco de qu\u00ednoa, con la idea de hacer un risotto (de qu\u00ednoa, en realidad llamado &#8220;quinotto&#8221;)<br \/>\nPens\u00e9 -Qu\u00e9 ganas de comer una pizzaaaaaaaaaaaaaa! Pero ya era tarde y no ten\u00eda tiempo de amasar, dejar fermentar, etc y ya hab\u00eda gastado el \u00faltimo bollo de pizza que guardaba en el freezer (Debo aprender a que esto no me suceda nunca m\u00e1s, porque cuando hay antojo de pizza, no se me pasa as\u00ed nom\u00e1s)<\/p>\n<p>Fue gracias a esta situaci\u00f3n, sin embargo, que decid\u00ed armar una especie de pizza con la qu\u00ednoa y como buena gorda que soy, decid\u00ed hacer tambi\u00e9n fain\u00e1 (pensando que como la masa era de qu\u00ednoa, me iba a llenar poco) Si, a eso llamo yo ser GORDA.<\/p>\n<p>Volviendo a la receta, prepar\u00e9 todo esto en 30 minutos, mas algunos minutos m\u00e1s que la pizza estuvo en el horno y qued\u00e9 muy feliz con el resultado, primero, por poder hacer una pizza saludable, sin gluten y rapid\u00edsimo. Segundo, por tener una nueva manera de comer qu\u00ednoa y tercero, porque si bien no era pizza pizza, muchos sabores eran de pizza (salsa de tomate, or\u00e9gano, aceitunas) era crocante y atractiva y con la fain\u00e1 quedaba espectacular!<\/p>\n<p>Bueno, no la presento m\u00e1s, ac\u00e1 van las recetas de la Fain\u00e1 con ciboulette y la Pizza de quinoa.<\/p>\n<p>Pizza y fain\u00e1 gluten free???<br \/>\nNo lo cre\u00e9s? batir con batidor de alambre, quedar\u00e1 una pasta m\u00e1s bien l\u00edquida.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Agregar ciboulette picada (opcional)<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Dejar reposar esta pasta unos 10 minutos.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Mientras la mezcla reposa, colocar un chorro de aceite de oliva en un molde para horno y llevarlo al horno ya caliente por 10 minutos.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Cuando el aceite y el molde est\u00e1n bien calientes, sacar del horno, colocar la mezcla en el molde y llevar el horno hasta que se cocine y se class=\"instruction\">Mezclar con las semillas hidratadas hasta amalgamar.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Con una esp\u00e1tula o con las manos h\u00famedas, colocar sobre una pizzera aceitada o con papel de horno y aplastar, d\u00e1ndole forma redonda, debe quedar de aproximadamente 1 cm. de alto.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Rociar con aceite de oliva y llevar a horno hasta que se doren los bordes.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<div class=\"ERSeparator\">Para la salsa<\/div>\n<ol>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Mixear los tomates, condimentar con sal, pimienta, aceite de oliva y or\u00e9gano.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<div class=\"ERSeparator\">Toppings<\/div>\n<ol>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Cortar la berenjena en rodajas finas y grillar en sart\u00e9n o plancha con un poco de aceite de oliva, reservar.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Dorar las flores de coliflor en una sart\u00e9n, con aceite de oliva, una vez que est\u00e9n doraditas, agregar un poco de agua hirviendo para ayudar a la cocci\u00f3n, reservar.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Cortar el tomate en rodajas, las aceitunas y las hojas de albahaca, reservar.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<div class=\"ERSeparator\">Armar la pizza<\/div>\n<ol>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Cuando la base de qu\u00ednoa est\u00e9 dorada, colocar la salsa de tomate, las berenjenas y el coliflor, dar un golpe m\u00e1s de horno, para que tome
