Algo que se pueda comer con la mano, mientras se charla y se r\u00ede con amigos o familia. En ese af\u00e1n, mi comida favorita es la picada.<\/p>\n<p>El problema es que suele prepararse con lo peor de lo peor: muchos escabeches llenos de aceite, snacks fritos, repletos de sodio y s\u00faper adictivos, y muchas harinas refinadas en todas sus formas. A los embutidos y derivados animales ni los nombro, porque cuando digo picada, digo picada vegana.<\/p>\n<p>Por eso me propuse reivindicar esta preparaci\u00f3n y demostrarte que puede ser tan saludable como vos quieras!<\/p>\n<h5>Ac\u00e1 unos consejos para que no sea puras conservas y grasas:<\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>Sum\u00e1 vegetales frescos sin condimentar que se puedan comer con la mano: bastoncitos de zanahoria o apio, tomates cherrys, rodajas de rabanito y pepino.<\/li>\n<li>Agreg\u00e1 fermentos: puede ser un quesito o dip fermentado, chucrut o kimchi vegano.<\/li>\n<li>Evit\u00e1 las harinas y productos refinados.
