Para hacerlos, yo us\u00e9 esta especie de sacapuntas gigante que es eficiente aunque deja bastante residuo, por lo que recomiendo usar el descarte para hacer, por ejemplo, este <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/brownie-vegano\/\">brownie<\/a> o estas <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/cakes-de-zucchini\/\">tortitas saladas<\/a>, o un buen <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/pisto-manchego\/\">pisto manchego<\/a>. Si no tienen esta herramienta y tienen el spiralizer -que es diez mil veces mejor, porque no genera desperdicio- adelante! Y, si no tienen ninguna de las dos, pueden apelar al pelapapas para hacer cintas, al rallador en la parte m\u00e1s gruesa, onda &#8220;pasta corta&#8221; o al cuchillo cortando en juliana, onda pasta casera (?).<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/2.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-4821\" src=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/2.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"680\" height=\"900\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Para acompa\u00f1arlos salte\u00e9 br\u00f3coli, almendras y verdeo. Es importante sumar una verdura que sea saciadora, ya que estos &#8220;no-fideos&#8221; son livianitos y se digieren rapid\u00edsimo. Tambi\u00e9n es importante sumar un fruto seco, para aportar textura y alguna lil\u00e1cea (cebollas, ajo, apio) para potenciar su sabor.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/4.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-4823\" src=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/4.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"680\" height=\"900\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Este plato es una gran manera de comer ensalada, decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Por otro lado, cortar las florcitas de br\u00f3coli lo m\u00e1s peque\u00f1as que se puedan. El tallo podemos usarlo para hacer <a href=\"https:\/\/holavegan.com\/en\/caldo-concentrado\/\">caldo concentrado<\/a>. <\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-4826-step-0-2\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Tostar las almendras en una sart\u00e9n a fuego medio. Reservar.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-4826-step-0-3\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Tostar las semillas de s\u00e9samo y pulverizar con ayuda de un mortero. Reservar.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-4826-step-0-4\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Colocar un poco de aceite de oliva en la sart\u00e9n sobre el fuego. Agregar las florcitas de br\u00f3coli y remover. Enseguida, agregar la media taza de agua hirviendo y un poco de sal. Cocinar a fuego alto hasta que el agua se evapore, removiendo constantemente. Este modo de cocci\u00f3n evita malos olores y hace que el br\u00f3coli quede de mejor aspecto y sabor.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-4826-step-0-5\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Agregar los fideos de zucchini a la sart\u00e9n con el br\u00f3coli. Remover para que no se peguen. La porci\u00f3n disminuir\u00e1 su tama\u00f1o.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-4826-step-0-6\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Por \u00faltimo, agregar la cebolla de verdeo picada. Remover apenas y retirar del fuego.
