Era hora de compartir esta receta que fue la tercera m\u00e1s votada en la encuesta en la que les pregunt\u00e1bamos qu\u00e9 propuestas de nuestro libro, <a href=\"https:\/\/holavegan.mercadoshops.com.ar\/MLA-809914309-libro-comida-tipica-argentina-vegana-_JM?quantity=1\">Comida T\u00edpica Argentina Vegana<\/a>\u00a0(Albatros), les gustar\u00eda ver en video.<\/p>\n<p>Si pensaban que comer hamburguesas sabrosas, nutritivas y enteras (me refiero a que no se desarman :D) era como un sue\u00f1o imposible de cumplir, vayan cambiando de parecer! Estas hamburguesas son CAR-NO-SAS, realmente SA-BRO-SAS y lo m\u00e1s importante: LIBRES DE CRUELDAD!<\/p>\n<p>Llevan ingredientes f\u00e1ciles de conseguir, los condimentos que siempre tenemos en la cocina y se hacen en minutos! S\u00f3lo hay que tener en cuenta una cosa antes de prepararlas: Poner en remojo los porotos el d\u00eda anterior!<\/p>\n<p>La receta lleva harina aglutinada, pero pueden reemplazarla por harina de garbanzos, en el caso que sean intolerantes, o as\u00ed lo prefieran.<\/p>\n<p>Para los que no consuman soja, la opci\u00f3n de reemplazo podr\u00eda ser hongos frescos o de pino.<\/p>\n<p>Sin
