Porque, a diferencia del pionono tradicional -que requiere cuatro huevos y una lata de at\u00fan que est\u00e1 car\u00edsima-, ac\u00e1 resolvemos todo con un y SOLO UN ingrediente: una lata de garbanzos! S\u00ed, as\u00ed como me leen. Con solo una lata de garbanzos he resuelto el reemplazo de los ingredientes m\u00e1s caros del pionono y del relleno.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/4.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-4979\" src=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/4.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"680\" height=\"900\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Mi \u00fanico consejo para hacerlo, es PACIENCIA! Primero para batir bien el aquafaba a punto nieve, despu\u00e9s para integrar con el resto de los ingredientes evitando que se baje la espuma y, tambi\u00e9n para desmoldarlo una vez horneado. Hay que hacerlo ni bien entibia y con muuuucho cuidado para no romperlo. Tiene que quedar una masa flexible y maleable para que se pueda enrollar.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/3.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-4978\" src=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/3.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"680\" height=\"900\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Para el relleno, tambi\u00e9n us\u00e9 esta <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/vegan-mayo-porotos-sin-aceite\/\">mayonesa casera<\/a>, pero pueden usar una mayo comprada -siempre y cuando sea vegana-. Tambi\u00e9n, si prefieren, pueden usar como relleno el no-at\u00fan que usamos para la <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/empanada-gallega\/\">empanada gallega<\/a> y, con los garbanzos que les sobran, hacerse un rico <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/hummus-pure-de-garbanzos\/\">hummus<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Por \u00faltimo, d\u00e9jenme contarles de la versatilidad de este riqu\u00edsimo pionono vegano, porque -como hice muchas pruebas hasta lograr el pionono ideal- tuve la oportunidad de rellenarlo con este <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/dulce-de-leche-repostero\/\">dulce de leche repostero<\/a> y me supo a gloria total! As\u00ed que tambi\u00e9n m\u00e1ndense a preparar la versi\u00f3n dulce o &#8220;brazo de gitano&#8221;. style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">En un bol, mezclar la harina de trigo, de garbanzos, de soja, la f\u00e9cula de mandioca, la c\u00farcuma, la sal kala namak, el bicarbonato y el polvo para hornear.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-4971-step-0-1\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">A\u00f1adir la taza y media de agua, el aceite de girasol, la vainilla y batir con batidor de alambre. Reservar.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-4971-step-0-2\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">En otro bol, colocar el aquafaba previamente reducido (hay que llevarlo a fuego y esperar que reduzca a la mitad. Dejar enfriar a temperatura ambiente). Agregar una cucharadita de cremor t\u00e1rtaro y batir con batidora el\u00e9ctrica hasta que espume.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-4971-step-0-3\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">De a poco, agregar las tres cucharadas de az\u00facar impalpable, mientras se continua batiendo. Es mejor si utilizar un jarrito cernidor.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-4971-step-0-4\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Batir hasta que la mezcla forme picos.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-4971-step-0-5\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Con ayuda de una esp\u00e1tula y movimientos envolventes, agregar la primera mezcla al &quot;merengue&quot;. Hacerlo con mucho cuidado para evitar que la espuma se baje.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-4971-step-0-6\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Colocar la mezcla en una placa rectangular (30 x 40 cm) para horno con placa de silicona o bien aceitada y enharinada.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-4971-step-0-7\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Llevar a horno precalentado al m\u00ednimo durante 15 a 20 minutos. Supervisar! Hay que evitar que la mezcla se cocine de m\u00e1s.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-4971-step-0-8\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Retirar del horno y esperar a que entibie. Desmoldar con mucho cuidado.<\/span><\/div><\/li><\/ul><\/div><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-group\"><h4 class=\"wprm-recipe-group-name wprm-recipe-instruction-group-name wprm-block-text-bold\">Para el no-at\u00fan:<\/h4><ul class=\"wprm-recipe-instructions\"><li id=\"wprm-recipe-4971-step-1-0\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">En un recipiente, pisar groseramente los garbanzos con un tenedor.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-4971-step-1-1\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Picar el alga nori y la cebolla morada bien finas.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-4971-step-1-2\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Incorporar  el alga y la cebolla a los garbanzos pisados, agregar la mayonesa vegana y condimentar con sal y pimienta, reservar.<\/span><\/div><\/li><\/ul><\/div><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-group\"><h4 class=\"wprm-recipe-group-name wprm-recipe-instruction-group-name wprm-block-text-bold\">Para el armado:<\/h4><ul class=\"wprm-recipe-instructions\"><li id=\"wprm-recipe-4971-step-2-0\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Cortar los bordes del pionono para que quede parejo.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-4971-step-2-1\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\"><span style=\"display:
