Tengo el recuerdo de que me gustaba, aunque me crispaba un poco la textura algo gelatinosa de la carne -al menos yo la recuerdo as\u00ed-.<\/p>\n<p>Me gustaba, s\u00ed, de eso estoy segura. Me gustaba hasta el d\u00eda en que abr\u00ed la heladera y ah\u00ed la vi entera, no en rodajas, entera y desnuda, sin perejil, ni ajo, ni vinagre, ni aceite, ni sal. La vi entera, cruda, gigante y gr\u00e1fica. \u00a1Era una lengua! Una lengua como la m\u00eda, pero much\u00edsimo m\u00e1s grande. Una lengua que hab\u00eda pertenecido a un ser vivo y que ahora yac\u00eda en nuestra heladera esperando a ser transformada en algo que pareciera comida. Y ya no pude volver a comerla&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/2-1.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-4985\" src=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/2-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"680\" height=\"900\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>A muchas personas podr\u00e1 parecerles una aberraci\u00f3n que yo haya elegido reemplazar a la lengua por tofu. O bien porque no le dieron la oportunidad que el tofu se merece que le den, de probarlo bien sazonado para que sepa rico, o bien porque tienen una firme postura en contra de la soja y el monocultivo -con la que coincido bastante-. A las de la primera posici\u00f3n, d\u00e9jenme decirles una cosa: la lengua tambi\u00e9n necesita condimentos para quedar apetecible.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/3-1.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-4986\" src=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/3-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"680\" height=\"900\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Mi secreto es que uso tofu ahumado y, como viene en lonjas muy anchas, las fileteo a la mitad y las dejo marinando tooooda la noche en un menjunje hecho con mostaza, sal y jugo de lim\u00f3n. Al d\u00eda siguiente lo grillo vuelta y vuelta en una sart\u00e9n bien caliente con un poco de oliva. Y ah\u00ed nom\u00e1s lo mando a reposar cubierto de vinagreta hasta la hora de la cena. En un recipiente cerrado, eso s\u00ed, si no el olor a ajo invadir\u00e1 la heladera.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/4-1.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-4987\" src=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/4-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"680\" height=\"900\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Lo mejor es que se puede comer al plato con <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/vegan-mayo-porotos-sin-aceite\/\">papas con mayo<\/a> o -por data-uid=\"-1\"><span class=\"wprm-recipe-ingredient-name\">Aceite de oliva para saltear el tofu<\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/div><\/div>\n    <\/div>\n    \n    <div class=\"wprm-ts-instructions\">\n lim\u00f3n con la mostaza y un poco de sal marina.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-4993-step-0-1\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Fetear las lonjas de tofu a la mitad, para que queden m\u00e1s finitas.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-4993-step-0-2\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Introducir las lonjas de tofu en la salsa, guardar en un recipiente cerrado, agitar un poco para que la salsa cubra todas las rodajas de tofu y reservar en la heladera por al menos 5 horas.<\/span><\/div><\/li><\/ul><\/div><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-group\"><h4 class=\"wprm-recipe-group-name wprm-recipe-instruction-group-name wprm-block-text-bold\">Para la vinagreta:<\/h4><ul class=\"wprm-recipe-instructions\"><li id=\"wprm-recipe-4993-step-1-0\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Picar el ajo y el perejil.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-4993-step-1-1\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Mezclar el vinagre y el aceite.
