Y como tenemos el <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/pionono-de-no-atun\/\">no-at\u00fan<\/a> que les compartimos en esta receta, hacerlos tiene m\u00e1s sentido, porque el sabor sigue intacto!<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/tomate2.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-5076\" src=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/tomate2.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"680\" height=\"900\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Para realizarlos se necesitan pocos ingredientes -adem\u00e1s del at\u00fan-:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>tomates redondos frescos<\/li>\n<li>arroz hervido (puede ser blanco, integral, yaman\u00ed)<\/li>\n<li>aceitunas negras picadas (pueden ser verdes si les gustan m\u00e1s)<\/li>\n<li>obviamente esta <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/vegan-mayo-porotos-sin-aceite\/\">mayonesa sin aceite<\/a> -que pueden reemplazar por cualquier otra que les guste-<\/li>\n<li>y algunas alcaparras<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/tomate3.jpg\"><img
