Este chili obtiene una textura &#8220;carnosa&#8221; gracias a los kidney beans (conocidos como alubias rojas, porotos rojos, frijoles rojos, depende el pa\u00eds) Estos porotos son muy tiernos y sabrosos, ricos en hierro y zinc y tambi\u00e9n ricos en fibras. Refuerzan el sistema inmunol\u00f3gico y potencian la fertilidad.<br \/>\nTambi\u00e9n lleva lentejas. El chili tiene sabores muy particulares, es bien especiado, por eso, combina muy bien con algo fresco como el guacamole con mucho lim\u00f3n, tomates y cilantro.<\/p>\n<p>Ac\u00e1 va la crudas<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1 frasco de kidney beans (o 1 taza crudos remojados por 4-8 hs)<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1 cebolla morada<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1 kg. de tomates (o 1 frasco de tomate natural)<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1 litro de caldo de verduras* NO SE TE OCURRA USAR CALDITOS EN CUBOS!<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">200 grs. de papines<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">100 cm3 de leche de coco<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">Sal, pimienta, aceite de oliva<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1 pizca de Garam masala o comino<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1 pizca de curry<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">Unas gotas de Tabasco (si te gusta un pel\u00edn picante)<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">Cilantro picado<\/li>\n<li class=\"ERSeparator\">*Para un caldo de verduras b\u00e1sico<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1 zanahoria<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1 cebolla<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1 rama de apio o puerro o ambas<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">Agua<\/li>\n<li class=\"ERSeparator\">Para el guacamole<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">2 paltas maduras<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">jugo de 1 lim\u00f3n<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1 tomate<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1 cebolla morada<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">Sal, pimienta, aceite de oliva<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">Cilantro picado<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"ERInstructions\">\n<div class=\"ERInstructionsHeader\">Instructions<\/div>\n<div class=\"instructions\">\n<div class=\"ERSeparator\">Para el chili<\/div>\n<ol>\n<li class=\"instruction\">En una olla con un poco de aceite de oliva saltear la cebolla picada.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Agregar los papines cortados en mitades y dorarlos.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Agregar los tomates picados o rallados.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Cubrir con caldo, agregar las lentejas crudas y los porotos (si us\u00e1s crudos, si us\u00e1s de frasco o lata, se agregan al final porque ya est\u00e1n cocidos)<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Bajar el fuego al m\u00ednimo y dejar la olla a medio tapar.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Cocinar hasta que las lentejas y los papines est\u00e9n tiernos, aproximadamente 20 minutos, ir agregando caldo a medida que lo necesite (mantener siempre cubierto)<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Una vez que las lentejas y los papines est\u00e9n a punto, agregar los condimentos, sal, pimienta, garam masala, curry, tabasco a gusto.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Dejar que se reduzca todo el l\u00edquido, la consistencia debe ser cremosa.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Incorporar los porotos, la leche de coco y el cilantro picado.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<div class=\"ERSeparator\">*Para un caldo de verduras b\u00e1sico<\/div>\n<ol>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Llenar una olla con agua.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Colocar la zanahoria, el apio y la cebolla cortados groseramente.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">A\u00f1adir granos de pimienta y hojas de laurel (si se desea)<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Dejar hervir por 20 a 30 minutos.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Se hace SOLO y es natural, por favor, no uses caldos artificiales.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<div class=\"ERSeparator\">Para el guacamole<\/div>\n<ol>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Pisar o pasar por el mixer las paltas con el jugo de lim\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Picar el tomate y la cebolla muy muy MUY peque\u00f1itos.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Agregarlos a las paltas.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Condimentar con sal, pimienta, aceite de oliva y cilantro picado a gusto.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div fresh tomato jar)<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1 liter of vegetable broth*<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">200 grs. of baby potatoes<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">100 cm3 of coconut milk<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">Salt, pepper, olive oil<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1 pinch Garam masala or cumin<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1 pinch of curry<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">A few drops of Tabasco (if you like spicy)<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">Fresh coriander chopped<\/li>\n<li class=\"ERSeparator\">* For a basic vegetable broth<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1 carrot<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1 onion<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1 celery or leeks or both<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">Water<\/li>\n<li class=\"ERSeparator\">For the guacamole<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">2 ripe avocados<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">juice of 1 lemon<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1 tomato<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1 red onion<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">Salt, pepper, olive oil<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">Fresh coriander chopped<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div saucepan with a little olive oil saute the chopped onion.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Add the halved baby potatoes and brown.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Add chopped tomatoes or grated.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Cover with broth, add uncooked lentils and add the beans (if using raw, if using jar or tin, are added at the end because they are already cooked)<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Lower the heat to low and let the pot over medium cover.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Cook until lentils and baby potatoes are tender, about 20 minutes, stir in broth as needed (always keep covered)<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Once lentils and baby potatoes are ready, add the spices, salt, pepper, garam masala, curry, tabasco to taste.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Allow all the liquid is reduced, the consistency should be creamy.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Add beans, coconut milk and chopped fresh coriander.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<div class=\"ERSeparator\">* For a basic vegetable broth<\/div>\n<ol>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Fill a pot with water.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Place the carrot, celery and onion coarsely chopped.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Add peppercorns and bay leaves (if desired)<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Boil for 20 to 30 minutes.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<div class=\"ERSeparator\">For the guacamole<\/div>\n<ol>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Stepping on or passing through the mixer avocados with lemon juice.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Chop tomato and onion very very VERY tiny.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Add them to the avocados.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Season with salt, pepper, olive oil and chopped fresh coriander to
