Originalmente, las hac\u00eda rellenas de queso cremoso, porque en ese entonces no era vegana. Ahora us\u00e9 la muzza de avena de nuestro libro <a href=\"https:\/\/holavegan.mercadoshops.com.ar\/MLA-809914309-libro-comida-tipica-argentina-vegana-_JM?quantity=1\">COMIDA T\u00cdPICA ARGENTINA VEGANA<\/a>, pero puede usarse cualquier queso vegan que funda: <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/vegan-pizza\/\">el de papa<\/a>, esta <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/doble-queso\/\">muzza de caj\u00fa<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=s19CNVkjdtw\">de man\u00ed<\/a>, etc.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/2.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-5154\" src=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/2.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"680\" height=\"900\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Esta fue una de las primeras recetas que &#8220;invent\u00e9&#8221; -si es que puede inventarse algo todav\u00eda- con el prop\u00f3sito de dejar de comer tanta papa e incorporar alguito de la vasta oferta que hay en la verduler\u00eda. Hac\u00eda poco que viv\u00edamos solas con Sabri, pero bast\u00f3 para hartarnos de comer tortilla, fideos, milanesas de soja y sachichas con ensalada. As\u00ed que decidimos que cocinar\u00edamos una noche cada una. Lol\u00e9t, que siempre fue la que m\u00e1s cocin\u00f3 de las tres, hab\u00eda hecho rancho aparte, as\u00ed que no cont\u00e1bamos con sus habilidades culinarias. El que ten\u00eda todas las de perder era nuestro padre, porque cada dos por tres lo llam\u00e1bamos para saber c\u00f3mo podr\u00edamos hacer la <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/tarta-de-zucchini\/\">tarta de zapallitos<\/a>, el <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/pastel-de-papas-vegano\/\">pastel de papa<\/a>, el puchero, el <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/fideos-con-tuco\/\">tuco<\/a> para los fideos e infinidad de recetas m\u00e1s. Yo solo sab\u00eda hacer <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/torta-marmolada\/\">esta torta<\/a> y sabri, la masa para pizza.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/3.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-5155\" src=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/3.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"680\" height=\"900\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Para mi sorpresa, fueron muy bien aceptadas, as\u00ed que desde entonces no he dejado de hacerlas.<\/p>\n<p>La \u00fanica precauci\u00f3n que hay que tener es que el zapallo conviene cocinarlo en el horno, para que no quede tan h\u00famedo; tambi\u00e9n puede hacerse al vapor, escurri\u00e9ndolo bien despu\u00e9s y nunca, nunca hervirlo a la cacerola si pretenden hacer las bombas solo de zapallo, porque les va a quedar una sopa!<\/p>\n<p><a Hornear en horno bajo hasta que se tiernice.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-5150-step-0-2\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Desechar la c\u00e1scara y los ajos. Pisar el zapallo hasta que quede un pur\u00e9. Agregar la levadura nutricional (opcional), rectificar la sal y la pimienta.<\/span><\/div><\/li><\/ul><\/div><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-group\"><h4 class=\"wprm-recipe-group-name wprm-recipe-instruction-group-name wprm-block-text-bold\">Para el armado:<\/h4><ul class=\"wprm-recipe-instructions\"><li id=\"wprm-recipe-5150-step-1-0\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Colocar unas cucharadas de zapallo sobre la palma de la mano y agregar un trozo de muzzarella vegana en el centro.  Envolver la muzarella con el zapallo y formar una pelotita.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-5150-step-1-1\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Pasar la pelotita por el pan rallado previamente mezclado con las semillas, con mucho cuidado, ya que la bomba es bastante blanda.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-5150-step-1-2\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Achatar un poco la pelotita con ayuda de las manos y colocarla en una fuente para horno previamente aceitada.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-5150-step-1-3\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Una vez que est\u00e9n armadas todas las bombas, llevar a horno precalentado al m\u00e1ximo hasta que est\u00e9n doradas las bases.
