Hoy vamos a preparar una receta tan INCRE\u00cdBLE como pol\u00e9mica: HUEVOS FRITOS Y HUEVOS DUROS VEGANOS! S\u00ed, s\u00ed , s\u00ed! Ac\u00e1 no existen las gallinas felices, ni las tristes, estos huevos los ponemos nosotras!<\/p>\n<p>Para lograrlos, empleamos como base de la clara la leche vegetal; en este caso yo us\u00e9 de almendras, pero puede ser cualquier otra, sin endulzar y sin aditivos. Para la yema, usamos pur\u00e9 de calabaza o zapallo anco. PEEEEEEERO, el ingrediente estrella que NO PUEDE FALTAR es, sin duda, la sal negra KALA NAMAK. Es una sal que tiene GUSTO A HUEVO, as\u00ed que es imprescindible.
