Mientras nuestras hijas juegan nosotras intentamos charlar, tomar mate y pasarnos data de jardines, pediatras, alg\u00fan taller a donde concurrir con nuestras hijas y dem\u00e1s. Hablamos de todo, pero de lo que m\u00e1s hablamos es de la alimentaci\u00f3n. Nadia tiene un emprendimiento muy lindo, se llama<a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/armoniasingluten\/?hl=es-la\"> Armon\u00eda <\/a>que brinda catering y viandas vegetarianas y veganas LIBRES DE GLUTEN.<\/p>\n<p>Siempre que viene a casa trae alg\u00fan budincito, alfajores o tortas de su marca, pero esta vez me trajo una bolsa REPLETA de insumos tales como: Harinas (sarraceno, pre mezcla, de almendras), tahine, porotos, rebozador, etc!<\/p>\n<p>Entre todas las cosas que trajo hab\u00eda un frasco con granos de trigo sarraceno. La verdad es que nunca los hab\u00eda usado, as\u00ed que me puse a investigar un poco para ver en qu\u00e9 preparaciones usarlo.<\/p>\n<p>Entre las recetas que encontr\u00e9, est\u00e1 esta que les voy a compartir (un tantito modificada y adaptada) y es de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/vickyjacksonok\/?hl=es-la\">Vicky Jackson <\/a>ella tiene un blog llamado <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thewellbarjournal.com\/\">The Wellbar Journal <\/a>y tambi\u00e9n un restaurante de comida saludable.<\/p>\n<p>Este porridge es, a parte de riqu\u00edsimo, absolutamente NUTRITIVO ya que el trigo sarraceno es un pseudocereal rico en hidratos de carbono, vitaminas del grupo B, vitamina E, calcio y hierro. Y, como si fuera poco, previene enfermedades cardiovasculares, es regulador del tr\u00e1nsito intestinal y del sistema inmune entre tantos otros beneficios que ofrece.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/porridge-2.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-5241 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/porridge-2.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"680\" height=\"900\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>As\u00ed que espero que te animes a alternar la avena de tus desayunos y tambi\u00e9n a adaptar la receta a tu gusto, porque las variantes de combinaciones son infinitas!<\/p>\n<p>De yapa te cuento que los granos de trigo sarraceno pueden emplearse del mismo modo que la qu\u00ednoa, el amaranto, o el arroz, para usarlos como guarnici\u00f3n de platos, como parte de guisos, ensaladas, salteados, batidos, etc!<\/p>\n<div block;\">Escurrir el agua con la ayuda de un colador fino y enjuagar nuevamente los granos hasta que el agua salga transparente.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-5223-step-0-2\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Colocar la mitad de los granos en una licuadora junto con la banana, la pulpa de ar\u00e1ndanos, las semillas de ch\u00eda, la pasta de man\u00ed y el az\u00facar mascabo. Pulsar por unos segundos.
