Me vuelve LOCA! He probado varias recetas, la cl\u00e1sica es con garbanzos, pero los he hecho tambi\u00e9n con arvejas y con porotos blancos.<br \/>\nEn esta ocasi\u00f3n, la desesperaci\u00f3n por comer falafel me hizo inventar una receta poco tradicional, pero que no requiere horas de remojo del garbanzo, sino que puede hacerse en el momento.<br \/>\nPara mi sorpresa, qued\u00f3 espectacular, as\u00ed que paso a compartir la receta.<\/p>\n<p>Para los que nunca lo probaron, les cuento que se trata de unas croquetitas de garbanzos de origen \u00e1rabe, tambi\u00e9n consumido en India y Pakistan. Usualmente se fr\u00eden, pero yo las hago salteaditas, con poco aceite, para que queden m\u00e1s livianas.<\/p>\n<p>El pan de pita, es receta de Anna Bellsol\u00e0, es muy rico y muy f\u00e1cil, a animarse a amasar el propio pan, pocas cosas tan placenteras y el pan siempre es mucho MUCHO m\u00e1s rico que el comprado.<\/p>\n<p>La manera m\u00e1s cl\u00e1sica de comer el falafel es en un <a title=\"Wraps tortillas\" href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/2014\/03\/18\/tortillas-para-wraps\/\">wrap<\/a> o en este tipo de pan, que es un pan achatado y hueco en el medio, se rellena con las croquetas y las verduras frescas que m\u00e1s te gusten, yo us\u00e9 tomates cherry, cebolla morada, zanahoria rallada y hojas verdes, adem\u00e1s de <a title=\"Hummus (Chickpea Pur\u00e9e)\" href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/2014\/03\/25\/hummus-pure-de-garbanzos\/\">hummus<\/a> y una salsa de tahine.<\/p>\n<p>Van las recetas del Pita harina de trigo<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">20 grs. de levadura fresca o 6 grs. de levadura seca<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1 cdita. de az\u00facar impalpable<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">300 cm3 de agua<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">10 grs. de sal marina<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">30 cm3 de aceite de oliva<\/li>\n<li class=\"ERSeparator\">Para el Falafel<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1 taza de lentejas rojas crudas (en realidad son las naranjas, pero se llaman rojas)<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1 taza de habas (si no consegu\u00eds pod\u00e9s usar arvejas)<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">2 cdas. de harina de garbanzos<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">2 cdas. de panko o pan rallado<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1 cda. de cebolla disecada<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1 cdita. de ajo en polvo<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">2 cdas. de semillas de ch\u00eda activadas<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">Cilantro fresco picado<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">Sal y pimienta<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">Comino o Garam Masala<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"ERInstructions\">\n<div class=\"ERInstructionsHeader\">Instructions<\/div>\n<div class=\"instructions\">\n<div class=\"ERSeparator\">Para el Pan Pita<\/div>\n<ol>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Colocar todos los ingredientes en un bol y amasar dentro del bol hasta unificar la masa.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Luego, pasar la masa a la mesada y amasar por aproximadamente 10 minutos (hasta que la masa est\u00e9 lisa)<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Colocar en un bol aceitado y dejar reposar durante 1 hora.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Pasado ese tiempo, sacar la masa, dividir en 6 porciones iguales y formar 6 bolas.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Achatar las bolas con la mano hasta que queden de 1.5 cm, de espesor, aproximadamente.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Tapar y dejar fermentar por 10 minutos m\u00e1s.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Cocinar en horno precalentado a 200\u00ba (moderado a fuerte) durante 15 a 20 minutos (hasta que los panes est\u00e9n dorados)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<div class=\"ERSeparator\">Para el Falafel<\/div>\n<ol>\n<li class=\"instruction\">En una olla con abundante agua, colocar las lentejas y las habas.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Cocinar hasta que est\u00e9n tiernas (de 7 a 10 minutos)<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">En una procesadora, colocar las lentejas y las habas coladas y procesar hasta lograr una pasta.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Colocar la pasta en un bol y agregar la sal, pimienta, ajo en polvo, cebollas disecadas, el cilantro picado y el garam masala, mezclar.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Incorporar las semillas activadas, mezclar.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Finalmente, agregar la harina de garbanzos y el panko, incorporar hasta formar una especie de masa tierna.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Colocar esta masa en la heladera para que se enfr\u00ede y sea m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil de maniobrar.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Formar bolitas peque\u00f1as con la masa.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">En una sart\u00e9n antiadherente con un poco de aceite de oliva, saltear las croquetitas, moviendo para que vayan girando y se cocinen de todos sus lados.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<div class=\"ERSeparator\">Para armar el Sandwich<\/div>\n<ol>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Abrir el pan de pita, untar con hummus, colocar dentro hojas verdes, tomates cherry 4 o 5 falafel, tiritas de cebolla morada, zanahoria rallada, brotes o lo que te guste.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<div class=\"ERSeparator\">Opcional Salsa de Tahine (pasta de s\u00e9samo)<\/div>\n<ol>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1 cup of beans (you can use peas)<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">2 tbsp. chickpea flour<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">2 tbsp. panko or breadcrumbs<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1 Tbsp. of stuffed onions<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1 tsp. garlic powder<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">2 tbsp. chia seed activated<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">Chopped fresh cilantro<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">Salt and pepper<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">Cumin and Garam Masala<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"ERInstructions\">\n<div class=\"ERInstructionsHeader\">Instructions<\/div>\n<div class=\"instructions\">\n<div class=\"ERSeparator\">For Pita Bread<\/div>\n<ol>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Place all ingredients in a bowl and knead in the bowl until the dough unify.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Then, place the dough to the counter and knead for about 10 minutes (until dough is smooth)<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Place in an oiled bowl and let stand for 1 hour.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">After that time, remove the dough, divide into 6 equal portions and form 6 balls.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Flatten balls with hand until they are 1.5 cm thick, approximately.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Cover and let ferment for 10 minutes.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Bake in preheated oven at 200 degrees (moderate to strong) for 15 to 20 minutes (until the loaves are golden)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<div class=\"ERSeparator\">For Falafel<\/div>\n<ol>\n<li class=\"instruction\">In a pot with water, place the lentils and beans.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Cook until tender (7 to 10 minutes)<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">In a food processor, place the lentils and beans drained and process into a paste.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Place the dough in a bowl and add salt, pepper, garlic powder, stuffed onions, chopped cilantro and garam masala, mix.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Add the activated seed mix.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Finally, add the chickpea flour and panko, add up to form a sort of soft dough.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Place the dough in the fridge to cool and easier to maneuver.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Form small balls with the dough.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">In a nonstick pan with a little olive oil, fry the croquettes, moving to go round and cook on all sides.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<div class=\"ERSeparator\">To assemble the Sandwich<\/div>\n<ol>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Open the pita bread, spread with hummus, place inside greens, cherry tomatoes 4 or 5 falafel, onion strips, shredded carrots, sprouts or whatever you like.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<div class=\"ERSeparator\">Optional Tahine sauce (sesame paste)<\/div>\n<ol>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Process 1 tablespoon tahini 3 tablespoons of oat milk and a few drops of tabasco and lemon
