Creo que en el fondo me recordaba la vez que mi pap\u00e1 me ense\u00f1\u00f3 a pescar y yo me sent\u00ed una asesina viendo coletear al pececito en un balde \u00ednfimo con poca agua.<\/p>\n<p>\u00bfPor qu\u00e9 com\u00eda pescado? Porque me hab\u00edan plantado la idea en la cabeza de que hac\u00eda bien y que hab\u00eda que comer al menos una vez a la semana que -en mi caso- era una vez al mes, con toda la furia. Y siempre compraba merluza que, seg\u00fan dicen, tiene un sabor m\u00e1s suave y resulta m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil de comer. Y siempre la hac\u00eda en milanesas.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/merluza_4.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-5291\" src=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/merluza_4.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"680\" height=\"900\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Nunca pens\u00e9 que extra\u00f1ar\u00eda comer las milanesas de merluza hasta que, la otra vez, Sabri mencion\u00f3 la idea de emularlas a base de arroz y alga nori. M\u00e1s o menos como hicimos este <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/pionono-de-no-atun\/\">no-at\u00fan<\/a>. Y le dije: &#8220;si quer\u00e9s yo las hago&#8221;. Sabri me dijo que s\u00ed, ya que ella ten\u00eda otras recetas pendientes y me dio un consejo: &#8220;us\u00e1 el alga nori tambi\u00e9n para imitar la piel&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/merluza_2.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-5289\" src=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/merluza_2.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"680\" height=\"900\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>En ese momento no estaba muy segura de seguir su consejo aunque, obviamente, le dije que s\u00ed. Pero cuando me dispuse a hacerlas, me tent\u00f3 mucho la idea. Es que ya el arroz hervido y condimentado con el alga nori y pimienta ya sab\u00eda un poco a pescado. Y la textura, la textura es INCRE\u00cdBLE! As\u00ed que, antes de pasarlos por harina, les pegu\u00e9 la pielcita y -me confieso- un poco de impresi\u00f3n me dio.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/merluza_3.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-5290\" src=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/merluza_3.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"680\" height=\"900\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Primero los pas\u00e9 por harina, que tranquilamente puede ser harina de arroz. Y luego los pas\u00e9 por una liga, similar a la liga de las <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/milanesas-de-avena\/\">milangas de avena<\/a>, para finalmente empanarlos con una mezcla de pan rallado y semillas a la que siempre le pongo tambi\u00e9n levadura nutricional.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/merluza_5.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-5292\" src=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/merluza_5.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"680\" height=\"900\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Como todav\u00eda hace calor y mi casa recibe el sol toooodo el santo d\u00eda, decid\u00ed cocinarlas en la hermosa cacerola ESSEN que nos regalaron las chicas de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/ohanasarmiento\/\">Ohana Sarmiento<\/a>. Quedan doraditas y crujientes como hechas al horno y mejor que fritas. El secreto consiste en, al voltearlas para que se doren de ambos lados, dejar la tapa un poquito abierta para evitar que se siga acumulando vapor.<\/p>\n<p>Cuando Sabri y Loli las probaron, no lo pod\u00edan creer.
