Hicimos <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/tortitas-negras-carasucias\/\">tortitas negras<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/vigilantes\/\">vigilantes<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/bizcochitos-y-cuernitos\/\">cuernitos<\/a> y<a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/pancitos-de-grace\/\"> facturitas con dulce de leche<\/a>, entre otros tantos productos de panader\u00eda como la <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/cremona-vegana\/\">cremona<\/a>, los <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/bizcochitos-no-grasa\/\">bizcochitos<\/a>, las <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/cuadraditos-agridulces\/\">agridulces<\/a>, etc. \u00bfQu\u00e9 nos faltaba? Las medialunas &#8220;de grasa&#8221; o &#8220;saladas&#8221; como le dicen por ah\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/medialunasg2.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-5296\" src=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/medialunasg2.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"680\" height=\"900\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<h1>ALGUNOS CONSEJOS:<\/h1>\n<ul>\n<li>Estas medialunas son ideales para inexpertos en el amasado, porque SE AMASAN CON LA MANO! Onda, no precis\u00e1s ni tener un palote en tu cocina.<\/li>\n<li>Amasar con la mano es clave, lo mismo que usar harina 0000 en lugar de la 000, porque evitaremos desarrollar el gluten para que no se haga miga y queden finitas y crocantitas.<\/li>\n<li>Es imprescindible usar margarina. No quedan igual con aceite de coco. Cr\u00e9anme, el aceite de coco se vuelve l\u00edquido con el calor y va a estropear el amasado. La margarina no es lo m\u00e1s saludable del mundo, es cierto, pero tampoco son medialunas para comer todos los d\u00edas, sino para darse un gustito de vez en cuando.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/medialunasg3.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-5297\" src=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/medialunasg3.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"680\" height=\"900\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Ay, no puedo explicarles LO ESPECTACULARES que son. Son muy exquisitas, son crocantitas, son saladitas, son tiernas en el interior y NO LLEVAN GRASA ANIMAL! Plegar la masa y sellar los bordes. Sellar el borde que qued\u00f3 abierto y enrollar la masa formando un chorizo. Estirar el chorizo, aplan\u00e1ndolo y enrollar presionando bien para que no se forme miga.
