{"id":5302,"date":"2020-03-17T19:45:05","date_gmt":"2020-03-17T22:45:05","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/holavegan.wpengine.com\/?p=5302"},"modified":"2026-04-12T13:56:11","modified_gmt":"2026-04-12T16:56:11","slug":"como-conservar-los-alimentos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/holavegan.com\/en\/como-conservar-los-alimentos\/","title":{"rendered":"C\u00d3MO CONSERVAR LOS ALIMENTOS"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/c_6.jpg\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-5308\" src=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/c_6.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"680\" height=\"900\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Ya les contamos que por ac\u00e1 estamos con aislamiento preventivo por el COVID-19 y sabemos que no es f\u00e1cil quedarse en casa, especialmente para quienes vivimos en una ciudad grande y nos malacostumbramos a salir a cualquier hora a buscar cualquier cosa, porque siempre est\u00e1 todo abierto y porque -esto es real- nuestras casas suelen tener poco espacio de acopio.<\/p>\n<p>Nuestras alacenas son peque\u00f1as -cuando hay-, las casas con despensa son las muy antiguas o las muy grandes o ambas. Tal vez por eso tambi\u00e9n, porque nos falta la costumbre de comprar para guardar, muchas personas salieron a comprar mucho de cualquier cosa, sin medir las consecuencias.<\/p>\n<p>Pero este posteo no es para juzgar a nadie ni para lamentarnos de que no tenemos espacio suficiente, sino para compartir algunos tips de guardado, especialmente de vegetales frescos que son dif\u00edciles de conservar por un tiempo prolongado.<\/p>\n<h5>FRUTAS:<\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>Las bananas NO VAN EN LA HELADERA, dir\u00eda Narda, pero si no te gusta tenerlas afuera porque atraen a las cl\u00e1sicas mosquitas de la fruta, pod\u00e9s guardarlas en la heladera con un trozo de film envolviendo la punta del tallo, esto hace que se maduren de manera m\u00e1s lenta. Si se te maduraron y no las consumiste, pod\u00e9s usarlas para hacer este <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/helado-granizado\/\">ice cream<\/a> o para este <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/budin-de-banana\/\">bud\u00edn<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/c_1.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-5303\" src=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/c_1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"680\" height=\"900\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Para las manzanas, peras, duraznos, hay que tener la precauci\u00f3n de no encimarlas. En la heladera se conservan por m\u00e1s tiempo, pod\u00e9s lavarlas antes y secarlas. Lo ideal es guardarlas por separado en cajoncitos o recipientes sin tapa (o que no sean herm\u00e9ticos), ya que algunas emanan un gas que hace que otras se maduren m\u00e1s r\u00e1pido por contacto. Algunas recetas con estas frutas: <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/crumble-de-manzana\/\">crumble de manzanas<\/a> y <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/budin-de-peras-sin-tacc\/\">bud\u00edn de peras sin gluten<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>Las frutas chicas como uvas, cerezas o ciruelas, conviene enjuagarlas bien, escurrirles el agua y guardarlas en un recipiente que las deje respirar. Puede ser uno reticulado o una bolsa perforada. Tambi\u00e9n pod\u00e9s usarlas para hacer esta <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/mermelada-cruda\/\">mermelada cruda<\/a>!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/c_2.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-5304\" src=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/c_2.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"680\" height=\"900\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Los ar\u00e1ndanos tambi\u00e9n deben guardarse en un contenerdor reticulado o perforado, aunque NO DEBEN LAVARSE ANTES, al igual que las frutillas, porque generan moho. Sin embargo, estas frutas pueden conservarse perfectamente en el <em>freezer<\/em>. Se lavan antes de consumirlas. Recetas: <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/budin-de-limon-y-arandanos-sin-gluten-azucar-aceite\/\">bud\u00edn de ar\u00e1ndanos sin gluten, az\u00facar, ni aceite<\/a>; <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/chocofrutillas\/\">chocofrutillas<\/a>, un postre f\u00e1cil y riqu\u00edsimo.<\/li>\n<li>Limones, naranjas, pomelos, pueden guardarse en un canasto en un lugar oscuro y seco, no es necesario refrigerarlos. Con ellos pod\u00e9s hacer <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/helado-de-limon\/\">helado de lim\u00f3n<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/budin-de-naranja-y\/\">bud\u00edn de naranja<\/a> o <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/biscotti-vegan\/\">biscotti<\/a>, entre otras tantas cosas.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5>VERDURAS:<\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>De hoja (lechuga, r\u00facula, perejil, albahaca, espinaca, etc.) se conservan limpias, escurridas hasta la \u00faltima gota -para lo cual es ideal un &#8220;centrifugador&#8221;- envueltas en papel absorbente de cocina y en bolsa perforada o en contenedor reticulado, o tambi\u00e9n en el mismo centrifugador. Qu\u00e9 tal si prob\u00e1s estas <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/empanadas-de-espinaca-y-ricota-de-girasol\/\">empanadas de espinaca<\/a> o esta salsa de <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/pasta-al-pesto-vegan\/\">pesto<\/a>?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/c_4.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-5306\" src=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/c_4.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"680\" height=\"900\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Las zanahorias se conservan por m\u00e1s tiempo peladas y sin cabos en un recipiente pl\u00e1stico cubierto de agua. El agua hay que renovarla cada dos d\u00edas, pero quedan crocantitas hasta el final. Este tip sirve tambi\u00e9n para los apios y los rabanitos. Las zanahorias las usamos para un mont\u00f3n de recetas, pero nuestras preferidas son: <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/torta-de-zanahorias-vegana\/\">carrot cake<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/carrot-lox\/\">carrot lox<\/a> y <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/carrot-hot-dogs\/\">carrot hot dogs<\/a>!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/c_3.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-5305\" src=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/c_3.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"680\" height=\"900\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Papas, boniatos, zapallo, batatas, en lugar fresco y seco. No es necesario refrigerar y es indispensable no lavarlas antes de guardarlas. Ac\u00e1 cuatro recetas originales! Con papa: <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/milhojas-de-papas\/\">mil hojas<\/a>; con zapallo: <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/bombas-de-zapallo-y-muzzarella\/\">bombas<\/a>; con boniato: <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/boniato-chocolate\/\">ice cream<\/a> y con batata: <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/noquis-de-batata-con-brocoli\/\">\u00f1oquis<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>Las cebollas y el ajo tambi\u00e9n se conservan mejor fuera de la heladera en lugar fresco y seco y lejos de las papas, batatas y dem\u00e1s, para evitar que estas \u00faltimas absorban la humedad y echen brotes. No te pierdas esta receta con cebolla: <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/fugazzeta-rellena\/\">fugazzeta rellena<\/a>!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/c_5.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-5307\" src=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/c_5.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"680\" height=\"900\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Las paltas y los tomates (s\u00ed, ya sabemos que son &#8220;frutas&#8221;) si no est\u00e1n maduros, fuera de la heladera. Si est\u00e1n maduros, dentro de la heladera. Con palta te hacemos desde <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/ensalada-papas-guacamole\/\">ensalada<\/a> hasta <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/helado-mixto\/\">ice cream<\/a>!<\/li>\n<li>Otras verduras como berenjenas o zapallitos, se conservan bien en la heladera y pueden durar varias semanas. La receta favorita con berenjenas: <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/berenjenas-rebozadas\/\">milangas<\/a> y con zapallitos: <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/tarta-de-zucchini\/\">tarta<\/a>!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Estos son las recomendaciones que seguimos nosotras y que nos han dado resultado. Son bienvenidas las opiniones y los datos que tengan para aportar!<\/p>\n<p>Desde ya, todo lo que puedan guardar cocido, mejor para aprovechar espacio. Por ejemplo, no es lo mismo el espacio que ocupan tres atados de espinacas crudos, que cocidos. Y si pueden, hagan conservas como esta <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/mermelada-de-ciruelas\/\">mermelada de ciruelas<\/a> o estas <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/berenjenas-en-escabeche\/\">berenjenas en escabeche<\/a> o los <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/tomates-confitados\/\">tomates confitados<\/a> o <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/chucrut\/\">chucrut<\/a> -que adem\u00e1s aporta probi\u00f3ticos y viene bien para fortalecer el sistema inmunol\u00f3gico-.
