Aunque creo que mi nostalgia por recrearla se debi\u00f3 m\u00e1s a recordar que por esos d\u00edas en que la hac\u00eda \u00edbamos y ven\u00edamos de nuestras casas y viv\u00edamos sin esta angustia que trae el encierro.<\/p>\n<p>Me dio tanto placer hacerla, que vino bien como ant\u00eddoto a los efectos del confinamiento. As\u00ed que ahorita se las comparto. Pero antes, voy a hacer algunas aclaraciones, porque es probable que no tengan todos los ingredientes en casa y la idea es evitar salir.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/tarta-peras2.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-5365\" src=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/tarta-peras2.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"680\" height=\"900\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<h5>LA FRUTA<\/h5>\n<p>Yo ten\u00eda un par de peras que se estaban madurando por dem\u00e1s as\u00ed que me vinieron b\u00e1rbaro. Si no te gustan las peras, o no ten\u00e9s, pod\u00e9s usar otra fruta que quede bien asada, como las manzanas o pod\u00e9s hacerla sin frutas y agregarle alguna salsa a base de frutos rojos al servirla.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/tarta-peras4.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-5367\" src=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/tarta-peras4.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"680\" height=\"900\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<h5>LA CREMA PASTELERA<\/h5>\n<p>Es casi casi la misma que hice para esta <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/rosca-de-reyes\/\">rosca de reyes<\/a>. Se puede preparar con la leche vegetal de su preferencia y es MUY IMPORTANTE que hagan el paso de guardarla con el film en la heladera, cambia un mont\u00f3n su textura.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/tarta-peras2.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-5365\" src=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/tarta-peras2.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"680\" height=\"900\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<h5>LA MASA<\/h5>\n<p>Es una masa quebrada dulce, pero pueden hacerla sin az\u00facar para tartas saladas. Queda rica con este relleno de <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/empanada-gallega\/\">no at\u00fan<\/a> o con este otro de <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/tarta-de-berenjenas\/\">berenjenas<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Es una tarta deliciosa para el t\u00e9 de la tarde o para servir de postre acompa\u00f1ada de <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/helado-de-coco-granizado\/\">ice cream<\/a> o <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/3-versiones-de-crema-chantilly\/\">crema Mezclar.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-5368-step-1-1\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Agregar la margarina e integrar con los dedos. Debe quedar como arena.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-5368-step-1-2\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Sumar de a poco la leche o el agua fr\u00eda -lentamente, para no pasarse de l\u00edquido- e integrar bien. No debe amasarse demasiado, simplemente hasta formar un bollo de masa firme. <\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-5368-step-1-3\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Envolver con film y descansar en la heladera por al menos 20 minutos.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-5368-step-1-4\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Pasado ese tiempo, estirar el bollo cubri\u00e9ndolo con film o papel de horno, con ayuda de un palo de amasar. Formar un rect\u00e1ngulo de aproximadamente 30 cm de largo -para forrar una tartera de 25 cm-.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-5368-step-1-5\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Forrar la tartera previamente aceitada y enharinada, pincharla con un tenedor y llevarla a horno precalentado moderado durante 10 a 12 minutos.<\/span><\/div><\/li><\/ul><\/div><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-group\"><h4 class=\"wprm-recipe-group-name wprm-recipe-instruction-group-name wprm-block-text-bold\">Para el armado:<\/h4><ul class=\"wprm-recipe-instructions\"><li id=\"wprm-recipe-5368-step-2-0\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Sobre la masa precocida, volcar la crema pastelera. Distribuir sobre toda la superficie.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-5368-step-2-1\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Lavar bien las peras y cortarlas en fetas o gajos finos.
