Espero que les haya gustado y que la hagan.<\/p>\n<p>Como les cont\u00e9 hoy, este es un queso muy rico y f\u00e1cil de hacer.<br \/>\nSe hace con arroz, gratina, derrite y queda bastante firme para cortarlo y comerlo fr\u00edo.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-5337\" src=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/muzza-de-arroz-6.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"680\" height=\"900\" \/><\/p>\n<h5>El sabor a fermento<\/h5>\n<p>Se lo damos con k\u00e9fir de agua, que puede reemplazarse por rejuvelac, kombucha o cualquier otra bebida fermentada. Si no ten\u00e9s niguno, us\u00e1 simplemente agua.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00e1s abajo les dejo links de grupos de Facebook que regalan n\u00f3dulos de k\u00e9fir de agua.<\/p>\n<p>Para realzar el sabor, us\u00e9 tambi\u00e9n levadura nutricional, puede ser en copos, en polvo, ambas o ninguna, si no ten\u00e9s, pod\u00e9s darle sabor a queso con otros saborizantes veganos.<\/p>\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n se puede lograr el sabor a fermento usando miso blanco o vinagre de sidra de manzana sin pasteurizar.<\/p>\n<p>Pero si no ten\u00e9s naaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaada de \u00e9sto, pod\u00e9s ponerle onda al queso usando ajo en polvo, cebolla en polvo, piment\u00f3n ahumado o cualquier especia que te guste.<\/p>\n<h5>Pod\u00e9s usar CUALQUIER ARROZ<\/h5>\n<p>Puede ser blanco, yaman\u00ed, integral, doble carolina, basmati, el que tengas.<\/p>\n<p>Si vas a preparar el arroz especialmente para este queso, dejalo que se pase un poco, la medida del arroz en crudo, en general, es la mitad que en cocido, esto quiere decir, que deber\u00edas preparar solo media taza de arroz.<\/p>\n<h5>El ingrediente irremplazable<\/h5>\n<p>El almid\u00f3n de mandioca o f\u00e9cula de tapioca, es un ingrediente infaltable para que el queso quede con textura &#8220;chiclosa&#8221;. El almid\u00f3n de ma\u00edz no logra este cometido. Solo podr\u00eda utilizarse en su lugar f\u00e9cula de papa (o patata).<\/p>\n<h5>Y qu\u00e9 aceite uso?<\/h5>\n<p>El que tengas en casa o te guste m\u00e1s, puede ser de oliva, mezcla, ma\u00edz, girasol, coco (sin sabor), es importante usarlo para que el queso tenga algo de grasa, por sabor y por textura.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-5333\"
