Hoy te traigo esta receta de nuggets de NO pollo. Hechos con tofu macerado en salsa de soja y hierbas. No te puedo explicar lo RICOOOOOS que son. Crocantes por fuera, esponjosos por dentro y repletos de sabor.<\/p>\n<p>Para que te queden as\u00ed, tal cual se ven en la v\u00eddeo-receta y en las fotos, tengo que hacer un par de aclaraciones:<\/p>\n<p>La primera es que hay una diferencia IMPORTANTE\u00a0 en la textura del tofu, cuando lo congelamos previamente. Lo que sucede b\u00e1sicamente es que las part\u00edculas de agua que se encuentran dentro, al ser congeladas, van a hacer que se expanda. Lo que genera una textura m\u00e1s carnosa al descongelarlo. Es importante quitarle el exceso de agua, una vez que lo descongelamos. Pod\u00e9s ayudarte con dos tablas, como bien explico en el v\u00eddeo, o tambi\u00e9n pod\u00e9s envolverlo en papel de cocina y cada tanto cambiarlo, para que vaya perdiendo toda la humedad.<\/p>\n<p>La segunda aclaraci\u00f3n, y en esto va variar el sabor que tengan los nuggets, es que hay que dejarlos macerar en la salsa de soja por varias horas. Si es posible, hasta de un d\u00eda para el otro. Cuanto m\u00e1s tiempo mejor, para que tengan mucho sabor. El tofu no tiene gusto a nada, si no lo sazonamos bien, puede resultar ser muy &#8220;insulso&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/tofu-nuggets-1.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-5383 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/tofu-nuggets-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"680\" height=\"900\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>En cuanto al rebozado, yo us\u00e9 un rebozador tradicional, mezclado con semillas de s\u00e9samo. Pero, pod\u00e9s reemplazarlo por panko, rebozador sin gluten, harina de almendras o lo que quieras.<\/p>\n<p>Te recomiendo acompa\u00f1ar estos nuggets con alguna salsa picante, o con mayonesa. block;\">Colocar el bloque de tofu en el freezer, durante al menos 8 hs. Descongelar y prensar con ayuda de dos tablas para quitar el exceso de l\u00edquido.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-5374-step-0-1\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">En un bol colocar la salsa de soja, la salsa agridulce, la mostaza, el aj\u00ed molido, las hierbas frescas y el ajo picado.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-5374-step-0-2\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Trozar el tofu y colocarlo en el bol. Mezclar bien y dejar macerar por varias horas.<\/span><\/div><\/li><\/ul><\/div><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-group\"><h4 class=\"wprm-recipe-group-name wprm-recipe-instruction-group-name wprm-block-text-bold\">Para la liga<\/h4><ul class=\"wprm-recipe-instructions\"><li id=\"wprm-recipe-5374-step-1-0\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">En un recipiente colocar la harina de garbanzos, la levadura nutricional, la sal kala namak, el ajo en polvo, el agua y mezclar hasta integrar bien.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-5374-step-1-1\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Preparar dos recipientes, en uno colocar la harina integral, y en el otro el rebozador con las semillas de s\u00e9samo.<\/span><\/div><\/li><\/ul><\/div><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-group\"><h4 class=\"wprm-recipe-group-name wprm-recipe-instruction-group-name wprm-block-text-bold\">Para el rebozado<\/h4><ul class=\"wprm-recipe-instructions\"><li id=\"wprm-recipe-5374-step-2-0\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Tomar un trozo de tofu, pasarlo por la harina, luego por la liga, y luego por el rebozador.
