Ya ten\u00edamos una versi\u00f3n anterior <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/vegan-empanadas\/\">ac\u00e1<\/a>, pero la hemos mejorado ampliamente, imitando un poco las empanadas que nos hac\u00eda nuestra t\u00eda Gladys cuando no \u00e9ramos veganas.<\/span><\/p>\n<h5>TIPS PARA QUE QUEDEN DELICIOSAS:<\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La<strong> masa<\/strong> la hicimos casera. La receta est\u00e1 <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/empanadas-de-espinaca-y-ricota-de-girasol\/\">ac\u00e1<\/a>.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/edc03.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-5388\" src=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/edc03.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"680\" height=\"900\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En vez de <strong>carne<\/strong>, empleamos soja texturizada y la volvemos crocante. Este paso es muy importante para dar con una buena textura y sabor. Claro que si no te gusta la soja, pod\u00e9s usar <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/churrasquitos-de-seitan\/\">seit\u00e1n<\/a>, lentejas, hongos o lo que mejor te funcione.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/edc04.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-5389\" src=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/edc04.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"680\" height=\"900\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En vez de <strong>huevo<\/strong> picado, usamos <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/scrambled-tofu-re-loaded\/\">scrambled tofu<\/a>, pero tambi\u00e9n pod\u00e9s usar esta otra versi\u00f3n de <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/huevo-huevo-huevo\/\">huevo<\/a>.<\/span><\/li>\n<li>El<strong> tomate<\/strong> es para darle humedad al relleno y que queden un poco m\u00e1s jugosas. Si no ten\u00e9s tomate fresco, pod\u00e9s usar el cl\u00e1sico pur\u00e9 de botella.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a
