De hecho, a mis veintis, tuve una \u00e9poca en la que quer\u00eda &#8220;cuidarme&#8221; con las comidas. Por eso muuuchas veces, en lugar de almorzar, com\u00eda fruta y barras de cereales. S\u00ed si, hac\u00eda muy mal. Sobre todo porque la mayor\u00eda de las barras de cereales compradas son productos ultraprocesados, llenos de aditivos , colorantes y saborizantes. Pero, como tantos alimentos de la industria, sus envases son color verde, en la foto muestran frutas y cereales reales y eso nos hace creer que estamos consumiendo algo saludable.<\/p>\n<p>Muchos a\u00f1os despu\u00e9s. En realidad, hace solo unos a\u00f1os (desde que me adentr\u00e9 en el maravilloso mundo del veganismo) empec\u00e9 a darme cuenta de que los alimentos que nos venden no son lo que nos hacen creer que son. Ah\u00ed, reci\u00e9n ah\u00ed, despu\u00e9s de haber visto varios documentales, fue que ca\u00ed en la realidad. Las grandes industrias tienen el poder de hacernos creer lo que ellos quieran que creamos. Y, entonces, fue de la mano de quitar de mi vida los l\u00e1cteos (y las carnes, obvio) reducir lo m\u00e1s posible el consumo de ultraprocesados.<\/p>\n<p>Por supuesto que al hacerme vegana eso fue bastante m\u00e1s sencillo. Pero ojo, hay muchos alimentos ultraprocesados que son aptos tambi\u00e9n.<\/p>\n<p>As\u00ed que a la hora de consumir barritas, lo hago conociendo absolutamente todos sus ingredientes, porque las hago caseras. Y, en esta oportunidad, les voy a compartir una receta que no lleva cereales. Y que pueden hacer variando algunos ingredientes, de acuerdo a su gusto y a lo que tengan en casa.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/barritas1.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-5418 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/barritas1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"680\" height=\"900\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Ejemplo:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">La<strong> harina de almendras<\/strong> la fabriqu\u00e9 yo misma con el bagazo de la leche. Poni\u00e9ndola en una placa y llev\u00e1ndola al horno bajito hasta que se seque. Pueden hacer lo mismo con bagazo de nuez, de man\u00ed, casta\u00f1as, etc.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">El <strong>coco<\/strong> que us\u00e9 tambi\u00e9n era la okara de leche.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">Los <strong>dates<\/strong> pueden reemplazarlos por alguna otra fruta disecada, pasas de uva o medallones de duraznos. Tambi\u00e9n pueden usar agave o az\u00facar mascabo.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">Si no tienen <strong>lino dorado<\/strong> pueden usar lino com\u00fan, o ch\u00eda.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">Por \u00faltimo, las<strong> avellanas<\/strong> por almendras o nueces, y el chocolate es opcional.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Como ver\u00e1n, la receta lleva ingredientes que seguro tienen en casa, as\u00ed que, si eran fan\u00e1ticos de las barras de cereal tanto como yo, no van a dejar de prepararlas y disfrutar mucho
