Gracias por compartir lo que cocinan con nosotras, nos encanta ver que hacen nuestras recetas!<\/p>\n<p>Durante estos d\u00edas, mucha m\u00e1s gente se est\u00e1 animando a cocinar y muchas veces, algunos desconocen un poco los ingredientes, simplemente, porque jam\u00e1s prepararon una masa y menos, un queso vegano. Entonces, me veo en la necesidad de hacer una presentaci\u00f3n oficial de un ingrediente que puede arruinar completamente una receta si no se usa EL CORRECTO.<\/p>\n<p>Se\u00f1oras y se\u00f1ores, hablo de&#8230;<\/p>\n<h5>LA LEVADURA<\/h5>\n<p>Les voy a contar todo en esta infograf\u00eda, porque es mucho m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil que leer un choclo de texto, as\u00ed que, aqu\u00ed va:<\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-5461\" src=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/levadura-comercial.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1360\" height=\"1374\" \/><\/p>\n<p>No me voy a explayar demasiado en las propiedades cada una, lo que quiero que se entienda es para qu\u00e9 sirven.<\/p>\n<h5><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-5458\" src=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/levadura-fresca-y-seca.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"680\" height=\"900\" \/><\/h5>\n<h5>Levadura activa<\/h5>\n<p>Veamos, si quer\u00e9s hacer pan, pizza y facturas necesit\u00e1s levadura activa, esto quiere decir que los hongos y levaduras en ella est\u00e1n vivos y permitir\u00e1n que la masa fermente (crezca). Viene en dos formatos, fresca y seca (en gr\u00e1nulos). Una vez armada la masa, se debe dejar fermentar antes de cocinar.<\/p>\n<p>Para hacer pan tambi\u00e9n se usa la levadura natural o masa madre, pero ella merece un cap\u00edtulo aparte.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-5460\" src=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/polvo-hornear.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"680\" height=\"900\" \/><\/p>\n<h5>Levadura qu\u00edmica<\/h5>\n<p>Se trata del conocid\u00edsimo polvo de hornear, es un polvo blanco que en general est\u00e1 hecho con bicarbonato de sodio, almid\u00f3n y cremor t\u00e1rtaro. Sirve para hacer crecer masas esponjosas como budines y muffins, no necesita tiempo de fermentaci\u00f3n, se cocina una vez integrado a la masa.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-5459\" src=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/levadura-nutricional.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"680\" height=\"900\" \/><\/p>\n<h5>Levadura inactiva<\/h5>\n<p>Levadura nutricional (Nooch para los amigos) o levadura de cerveza.<\/p>\n<p>Ambas est\u00e1n inactivas, la primera, se obtiene de la ca\u00f1a de az\u00facar, o la remolacha y viene en forma de copos, de un ligero color amarillo y sabor &#8220;umami&#8221; que recuerda al queso y a las frutas secas.<br \/>\nLa segunda, es un subproducto de la industria cervecera, puede venir en copos (aunque de un color m\u00e1s gris\u00e1seo) o en polvo.<\/p>\n<p>Las dos sirven para saborizar comidas y elaborar quesos vegetales. Ninguna de ellas posee efecto leudante (porque est\u00e1n inactivas)<\/p>\n<p><strong>En resumen,<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Si us\u00e1s levadura panadera para hacer un queso, te va a quedar bastante feo.<\/p>\n<p>Si us\u00e1s levadura nutricional para hacer pan o pizza te va a quedar una roca incomible.<\/p>\n<p>Si us\u00e1s levadura de panader\u00eda para hacer bud\u00edn, te va a quedar pasmado.<\/p>\n<p>Espero que este post te sirva la pr\u00f3xima vez que no sepas qu\u00e9 tipo de levadura usar para una receta y por favor, no te sientas mal si te equivoc\u00e1s, en la cocina (como en muchas cosas en la vida) se aprende de los errores.<\/p>\n<p>Un fuerte abrazo y a seguir cocinando!<\/p>\n<p>Con amor, Lol\u00e9t.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Hola!
