Hoy les traigo una receta que es TAN rica, como SALUDABLE. Y es de esas recetas que surgen naturalmente, con la suma de ingredientes que sobraron de una cosa y otra.<\/p>\n<p>El domingo pasado me levant\u00e9 antojada de comer estos <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/choripan-vegano\/\">chorizos<\/a>. Me fij\u00e9 en el freezer si ten\u00eda lentejas congeladas, porque no me daba el tiempo para remojarlas y hervirlas para ese momento. Por suerte ten\u00eda. Las us\u00e9 para los choris, y me sobraron unas cucharadas. Pens\u00e9 en qu\u00e9 podr\u00eda usarlas, porque eran muy poquitas para hacer un hummus por ejemplo, y ah\u00ed se me prendi\u00f3 la lamparita.<\/p>\n<p>Me acord\u00e9 que en la heladera ten\u00eda un pedacito de batata porque la noche anterior hab\u00eda hervido para hacer esta <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/ideas-para-que-los-chicos-coman-saludable\/\">pizza de quinoa<\/a> que a mi hija le encanta. Ese pedacito no me servir\u00eda para hacer mucho. Pero sumado a las lentejas (que proces\u00e9 para que se hagan pur\u00e9) decid\u00ed crear estas maravillosas trufas.<\/p>\n<p>Les cuento, no me ten\u00eda mucha f\u00e9. Pero se ve que estaba inspirada, y con muchas ganas de que mi hija comiera legumbres (disfrazarlas, siempre es una buena opci\u00f3n).<\/p>\n<p>Hidrat\u00e9 unos d\u00e1tiles y puse manos a la obra. Sum\u00e9 cacao, pasta de man\u00ed y harina de almendras que siempre hago yo misma usando el bagazo de las leches. Esta ultima la pod\u00e9s reemplazar por harina de coco o galletitas procesadas o simplemente tostando el bagazo de cualquier otra leche, como la de man\u00ed, la de nueces, avena, etc.<\/p>\n<p>Para que se vean muy atractivas algunas las ba\u00f1\u00e9 en chocolate, usando la misma ganache que usamos en estos<a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/boniato-chocolate\/\"> bocaditos<\/a> y en su interior les puse una avellana. Y las otras las pas\u00e9 por el mismo cacao que utilizamos en la preparaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/trufas2.jpg\"><img As\u00ed que como no quer\u00eda perder tiempo en hidratar m\u00e1s d\u00e1tiles, le agregu\u00e9 az\u00facar. Pod\u00e9s usar un ingrediente u otro, adaptando la receta a tu paladar y el de tu familia. Si us\u00e1s solo d\u00e1tiles supongo que con 6 o 7 estar\u00e1 m\u00e1s que bien (tambi\u00e9n depende el tama\u00f1o de los mismos).
