La primera receta que subimos al blog, data del a\u00f1o 2014 y lleva en su composici\u00f3n garbanzos cocidos. Es una muy buena versi\u00f3n y bastante diferente a todas las tortillas veganas que andan dando vueltas por ah\u00ed. Nos gusta tanto, que es la receta que incluimos en nuestro libro <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/comida-tipica-argentina-vegana\/\">Comida T\u00edpica Argentina Vegana<\/a>, peeeeeeeeeero tambi\u00e9n nos gusta cambiar y como a veces no ten\u00e9s a mano garbanzos cocidos en casa, pensamos en una nueva opci\u00f3n con ingredientes de la alacena que se puedan usar directamente del paquete al bol.<\/p>\n<p>En esta nueva receta, el reemplazo del huevo lo hicimos con una mezcla de ingredientes, uno de ellos, es la harina de garbanzos, pero no basta solo con ella, porque una tortilla hecha solo con harina de garbanzos y agua nos resulta un poco densa y quer\u00edamos una tortilla m\u00e1s liviana y jugosa.<\/p>\n<h5>Reemplazo del huevo<\/h5>\n<p>Esta mezcla de NO-HUEVO, pod\u00e9s tenerla ya lista (mezcl\u00e1s todos los ingredientes secos y los guard\u00e1s en un frasco herm\u00e9tico) y te queda a mano para usarla cuando quieras, no solo para tortilla, sino para otras preparaciones como budines, tartas, cookies, etc. Solo necesit\u00e1s mezclar una cucharada sopera del polvo con 3 cucharadas de agua y voil\u00e1, ten\u00e9s un no-huevo!<\/p>\n<p>El vinagre es importante por 2 cuestiones, primero, neutraliza el sabor a garbanzo de la harina y segundo, activa el bicarbonato de sodio creando burbujas, haciendo la mezcla m\u00e1s esponjosa y liviana.<\/p>\n<p>Si no ten\u00e9s vinagre de sidra de manzana, se puede usar otro vinagre o jugo de lim\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<h5>Saborrrrrrrrrrr<\/h5>\n<p>A esta tortilla le agregamos cebolla, para que quede m\u00e1s jugosa y sabrosa, tambi\u00e9n podr\u00edas agregarle <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/panceta-de-berenjena\/\">bacon vegano<\/a> y te queda flor de bomba!<\/p>\n<h5>Y las papas?<\/h5>\n<p>Lo importante es el corte de las papas. Para no tener que cocinarlas antes en agua y no tener que estar mil a\u00f1os fri\u00e9ndolas en aceite, la papa hay que cortarla en fetas finas, dependiendo del tama\u00f1o de la papa. Fijate que en el video la cortamos en mitades en sentido longitudinal.
