{"id":5440,"date":"2020-04-20T19:09:37","date_gmt":"2020-04-20T22:09:37","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/holavegan.wpengine.com\/?p=5440"},"modified":"2026-04-12T18:19:07","modified_gmt":"2026-04-12T21:19:07","slug":"besan-ladoo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/holavegan.com\/en\/besan-ladoo\/","title":{"rendered":"BESAN LADOO"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/besan_ladoo_2.jpg\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-5442\" src=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/besan_ladoo_2.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"680\" height=\"900\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Hoy tuvimos el honor de cocinar y seguir paso a paso la receta de este delicioso dulce de la India de la mano de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/daisymayqueen\/?hl=es-la\">Daisy May Queen<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Ac\u00e1 van algunos consejitos a tener en cuenta:<\/p>\n<h5>A la hora de hacer el tagar:<\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>Usar una sart\u00e9n o wok para que el caramelo tome temperatura m\u00e1s r\u00e1pido.<\/li>\n<li>Primero se hace el caramelo (MUCHO CUIDADO QUE QUEMA COMO LA HOSTIA!) y luego se agrega una cucharada de aceite de coco y una de agua, se apaga el fuego y se revuelve hasta que la mezcla vuelva a quedar seca como un az\u00facar m\u00e1s grueso.<\/li>\n<li>Hay que tener paciencia, adem\u00e1s de cuidado, porque lleva tiempo.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5>A la hora de los ladoos:<\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>Primero hay que tostar la harina de garbanzos con el aceite. Hay que trabajarlo bien hasta que quede una consistencia seca. Si en un primer momento la consistencia es demasiado h\u00fameda, puede sumarse un poco m\u00e1s de harina de garbanzos -la receta puede variar seg\u00fan la calidad de la misma-.<\/li>\n<li>Luego se agrega una o dos cucharadas de agua. Va a burbujear y luego se va a empezar a secar nuevamente. Ah\u00ed hay que retirar del fuego, condimentar con canela o cardamomo + nuez moscada y seguir meneando un poco m\u00e1s.<\/li>\n<li>Una vez que la preparaci\u00f3n tenga una consistencia de pasta seca se le agrega el tagar -o bura- y se procede a integrar y entibiar para armar los ladoos.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5><a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/besan_ladoo_0.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-5444\" src=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/besan_ladoo_0.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"680\" height=\"900\" \/><\/a><\/h5>\n<h5><\/h5>\n<h5>IMPORTANTE!<\/h5>\n<p>Si les da fiaca armar las bolitas, pueden estirar la pasta en una bandeja, llevarla a la heladera y luego cortarla en cuadraditos. hacer  un caramelo.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-5441-step-0-1\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Justo antes de que llegue a punto bolita agregar la cucharada de aceite de coco y 1 cucharada de agua.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-5441-step-0-2\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Revolver y apagar el fuego.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-5441-step-0-3\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Seguir revolviendo la preparaci\u00f3n hasta que vuelva a estar blanca. Sin dejar que se endurezca. Esto es lo que va a unir nuestros ladoos.<\/span><\/div><\/li><\/ul><\/div><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-group\"><h4 class=\"wprm-recipe-group-name wprm-recipe-instruction-group-name wprm-block-text-bold\">Para los ladoos:<\/h4><ul class=\"wprm-recipe-instructions\"><li id=\"wprm-recipe-5441-step-1-0\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">En otra sart\u00e9n colocar el aceite y la harina. Para que se tueste. Estar\u00e1 lista cuando se vuelva m\u00e1s oscura y largue un aroma a almendras tostadas.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-5441-step-1-1\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Agregar el agua. Empezar\u00e1 a burbujear, en ese momento se retira del fuego.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-5441-step-1-2\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Agregar la canela.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-5441-step-1-3\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Agregar el tagar.
