Resulta que ac\u00e1 en casa, aunque no comemos mucho pan, cuando lo hacemos a se\u00f1oro le gusta mucho comprarlo en el supermercado. S\u00ed, esas baguetitas que huelen espectacular y te abren el apetito al instante. Y s\u00ed, por suerte son veganas.<\/p>\n<p>Pero, con esto de la cuarentena, al super vamos como m\u00e1ximo una vez a la semana. As\u00ed que, en medio de una toma de decisiones tan compleja con la que lidiamos d\u00eda a d\u00eda como el &#8220;\u00bfqu\u00e9 comemos?&#8221; yo dije &#8220;choris&#8221; y me di cuenta de que no ten\u00edamos pan. Ac\u00e1 en el barrio muchos de los negocios contin\u00faan haciendo horario reducido hasta las 14 hs y ya eran m\u00e1s de las 18 cuando nos dispusimos a pensar en la cena. No quedaban muchas opciones: o cambiaba el men\u00fa o amasaba el pan. Amas\u00e9 el pan.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/milonguitas-2.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-5468\" src=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/milonguitas-2.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"680\" height=\"900\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<h5>EL AMASADO<\/h5>\n<p>Es una pavada, porque no lleva ingredientes complejos. La masa madre es completamente OPCIONAL. Le da un leve sabor \u00e1cido que suma pero, si no ten\u00e9s, no le pon\u00e9s. \u00bfLa ten\u00e9s que reemplazar? No. \u00bfUs\u00e1s las mismas proporciones de harina, agua, levadura y sal? S\u00ed. \u00bfQueda bien igual? Por supuesto! Lo prob\u00e9!<\/p>\n<h5>EL ARMADO<\/h5>\n<p>Ac\u00e1 es fundamental prestar atenci\u00f3n al video. Y pido disculpas de antemano porque no soy -ni por lejos- una maestra panadera -esa ac\u00e1 es Lol\u00e9t-, pero qued\u00e9 bastaaaaaaaaante conforme con el resultado.<\/p>\n<h5>EL LEUDADO<\/h5>\n<p>Lo ideal ser\u00eda tener esas placas onduladas profesionales para baguettes, pero lo m\u00e1s probable es que si no te dedic\u00e1s a la panader\u00eda no tengas, como <em>moi<\/em>. As\u00ed que uso este m\u00e9todo del repasador h\u00famedo doblado al medio (para que tenga m\u00e1s estructura) para dividir las milonguitas. Funciona bastante bien. Lo que s\u00ed, es fundamental espolvorear con harina la masa para que no se pegue al repasador con el calor del leudado y la humedad.<\/p>\n<h5>EL HORNEADO<\/h5>\n<p>Es clave poner una asadera con agua en el piso del horno para que genere un ambiente h\u00famedo y podamos as\u00ed obtener una miga suave. Una vez que los pancitos est\u00e1n cocidos -m\u00e1s o menos a los 12 minutos- se retira la asadera y se dejan los pancitos para que se doren un ratito m\u00e1s. Si tienen horno con parrilla, pueden mudarlos ah\u00ed para que se doren m\u00e1s r\u00e1pido y no se sequen.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/milonguitas-3.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-5469\" href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/manteca\/\">manteca<\/a> en el desayuno, para los <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/choripan-vegano\/\">choris<\/a> es ideaaaaaaaaaaaal y tambi\u00e9n lo prob\u00e9 en esta versi\u00f3n de <a href=\"https:\/\/youtu.be\/4BsvmohU_EQ\">sandwich de hummus<\/a>, un fuego!<\/p>\n<p>[embedyt]
