Porque est\u00e1 hecho con semillas de girasol y lleva muy pocos ingredientes.<\/p>\n<p>Se hace f\u00e1cil y r\u00e1pido peeeeeeeeero, hay que tener santa paciencia para esperar a que madure. \u00bfPor qu\u00e9? Porque al estacionarlo se afianzan sus sabores y cobra una textura m\u00e1s r\u00edgida, ideal para disfrutar en picadas, entradas o canap\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<h5>ESTACIONAMIENTO AL SOL!<\/h5>\n<p>Si ten\u00e9s un lugar donde entre un rayo de sol, sec\u00e1 tus quesos ah\u00ed. Durante las primeras semanas sub\u00ed mis quesos religiosamente todos los d\u00edas de sol a la terraza. Esto lo aprendimos en un curso de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/nicorsalguero\/?hl=es-la\">Nico Salguero<\/a> y realmente da muy buen resultado!!!<\/p>\n<p>Yo arranqu\u00e9 mi primera camada de quesos en la primera semana de cuarentena, as\u00ed que ya vamos m\u00e1s de un mes de estacionamiento y cr\u00e9anme que vale la pena. Los que no pruebo hoy me los guardo para compartirlos con mis hermanas cuando nos podamos volver a ver!!!<\/p>\n<p>Para hacerlo necesit\u00e1s pocos ingredientes\u00a0 y algunos utensilios.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/queso_a_1.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-5481\" src=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/queso_a_1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"680\" height=\"900\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<h5>INGREDIENTES:<\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>SEMILLAS DE GIRASOL:<\/strong> adem\u00e1s de baratas, son bastante grasosas, por lo que son un gran ingrediente para hacer quesos. Pero, son un toque amarguitas, as\u00ed que si no te gusta su sabor, pod\u00e9s reemplazarlas por casta\u00f1as de caj\u00fa o almendras, claro que el costo no ser\u00e1 el mismo.<\/li>\n<li><strong>K\u00c9FIR:<\/strong> lo us\u00e9 para remojar las semillas. Simplemente coloqu\u00e9 las semillas en un recipiente y las cubr\u00ed con el k\u00e9fir justo. No puse l\u00edquido de m\u00e1s para no tener que colarlo. Las semillas quedan perfectamente hidratadas, as\u00ed que no hay que agregar l\u00edquido extra para armar el queso y tampoco hay que agregar probi\u00f3ticos, ya que fermentamos directamente con el k\u00e9fir (puede ser rejuvelac o kombucha).\u00a0 Y ac\u00e1 me quiero detener: tambi\u00e9n pueden remojar las semillas con agua y usar n\u00f3dulos de k\u00e9fir en la preparaci\u00f3n (si, los mismos n\u00f3dulos los procesan junto con las semillas) o pueden usar una capsulita de probi\u00f3ticos.<\/li>\n<li><strong>HUMO L\u00cdQUIDO:<\/strong> qu\u00e9 gran producto y qu\u00e9 genial que a alguien venda humo de verdad (jiji). Tambi\u00e9n viene en polvo y si no ten\u00e9s o no lo consegu\u00eds, pod\u00e9s reemplazar por piment\u00f3n ahumado.<\/li>\n<li><strong>SAL:<\/strong> yo us\u00e9 marina.<\/li>\n<li><strong>ACEITE:<\/strong> us\u00e9 de girasol. Una cucharadita nom\u00e1s, como para darle un poco m\u00e1s de consistencia. Puede omitirse.<\/li>\n<li><strong>AJO:<\/strong> lo puse fresco y prensado para darle sabor. Si no tienen, pueden usar en polvo. Si no no les gusta el ajo, pueden usar otra cosa: levadura nutricional, natural o saborizada, vinagre de sidra de manzana, etc.<\/li>\n<li><strong>PIMENT\u00d3N AHUMADO:<\/strong> para decorar. Adem\u00e1s del toque de color, le aporta su particular sabor! Pueden variar por c\u00farcuma o alguna otra especia que les agrade.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5><a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/queso-ahumado-3.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-5482\" src=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/queso-ahumado-3.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"680\" height=\"900\" \/><\/a><\/h5>\n<h5>UTENSILIOS:<\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>MIXER:<\/strong> puede reemplazarse por una licuadora. Pero es fundamental!<\/li>\n<li><strong>MOLDES:<\/strong> yo us\u00e9 dos aros de 9 cm de di\u00e1metro por casi 2 cm de altura y la mezcla me alcanz\u00f3 justito para 2 quesos. Pueden usar un recipiente pl\u00e1stico como molde o simplemente moldear con sus manos.<\/li>\n<li><strong>TELA:<\/strong> puede ser sint\u00e9tica o de algod\u00f3n. Puede ser un lienzo, una gasa pa\u00f1alera, tul o gasa cristal (esta es la que yo uso y funciona b\u00e1rbaro). Lo importante es que sea una tela liviana, respirable y lavable.<\/li>\n<li><strong>REJILLA:<\/strong> para estacionar el quesito es necesario dejarlo sobre una superficie que deje pasar el aire y darlos vuelta cada 12 horas. Yo tengo una rejilla enorme\u00a0 donde los coloco cubiertos con la tela y con una especie de c\u00fapula mosquitero. Pueden usar coladores o el enrejado que tengan a mano.
