Quiero compartirles esta alegr\u00eda que me desborda porque ya tengo en mis manos a <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/se-viene-un-nuevo-libro\/\" target=\"_blank\">COMIDA INTERNACIONAL VEGANA<\/a>, nuestro segundo beb\u00e9! Y para celebrar su llegada, ya que juntarme con mis hermanas no pod\u00eda -pues CUARENTENA-, Javi (mi se\u00f1oro) sugiri\u00f3 que hici\u00e9ramos falafel -receta que encontrar\u00e1n en la p\u00e1gina 5o- y yo pens\u00e9 que desde que hicimos las fotos del libro que no hac\u00eda pan naan y no hab\u00eda un mejor momento para volver a prepararlo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/pan-naan-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-5509\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Este pan es de una masa suave y el\u00e1stica. Tierno y fresco, es ideal para acompa\u00f1ar el <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/baba-ganush\/\">baba ganoush<\/a>, por eso en el libro esas recetas vienen juntas, pero tambi\u00e9n para enrollar las bolitas de <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/gluten-free-falafel\/\">falafel<\/a>, para hacer <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/vegan-wraps\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">wraps<\/a> o para comer con <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/hummus-pure-de-garbanzos\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">hummus<\/a> -como hice yo, porque no me aguantaba hasta que el falafel estuviera listo para probarlo, jaja-.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/pan-naan-2.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-5511\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Este pan se cocina en la sart\u00e9n, as\u00ed que es r\u00e1pido y f\u00e1cil. El \u00fanico inconveniente es que lleva un ingrediente o dos, que quiz\u00e1s no tengas en casa. El primero es el aceite de coco. Lleva solo una cucharada, as\u00ed que puede reemplazarse por margarina, <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/manteca\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">manteca vegana<\/a> o alg\u00fan otro aceite neutro. El segundo es la crema de coco, es decir, la parte s\u00f3lida de la leche de coco que viene en lata. Se puede reemplazar por un yogur NATURAL, o sea sin saborizantes ni tiene az\u00facar agregada. *<strong>ACTUALIZACI\u00d3N:<\/strong> Puede ser el yogur filtrado de nuestro <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/curso-lacteos-1\/\">CURSO DE L\u00c1CTEOS VEGETALES<\/a>*. En la receta del libro lo hicimos con crema de coco, pero ac\u00e1 directamente usamos yogur. 20px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Poner la masa en el bol, cubrir con pa\u00f1o h\u00famedo y dejar reposar durante una hora o hasta que duplique su volumen<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-5513-step-0-2\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Colocar la masa en la mesa enharinada, desgasificar con los nudillos. Dividir en porciones, armar bolitas y estirarlas con palo de amasar hasta que queden de menos de \u00bd cent\u00edmetro de grosor.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-5513-step-0-3\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Calentar una sart\u00e9n e ir cocinando de a uno los pancitos.
