{"id":556,"date":"2014-05-08T19:07:52","date_gmt":"2014-05-08T17:07:52","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/holavegan.theblogpress.com\/?p=556"},"modified":"2026-04-12T18:29:18","modified_gmt":"2026-04-12T21:29:18","slug":"lentejas-vegetales","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/holavegan.com\/en\/lentejas-vegetales\/","title":{"rendered":"Lentejas + Vegetales"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Me gusta comer lentejas de diferentes maneras, obvio, el guiso es una, pero no hay que limitarse a eso, se pueden comer en croquetas, en hamburguesas, en sopas, los d\u00edas c\u00e1lidos tambi\u00e9n se pueden disfrutar en ensaladas, como es el caso de esta receta.<br \/>\nEsto en realidad no es una receta, sino una idea, yo la hice con lo que hab\u00eda, con lo cual, vos pod\u00e9s hacer lo mismo. Por un lado, una rica ensalada de lentejas, cocidas y escurridas, condimentadas con jugo de lim\u00f3n, aceite de oliva y una pizca de comino. Por otro lado, vegetales salteados, bien crujientes y sabrosos, los pon\u00e9s encima de las lentejas y voil\u00e1! Ten\u00e9s una ensalada tibia deliciosa y llena de hierro y prote\u00ednas! Adem\u00e1s, se prepara en menos de 20 minutos. Qu\u00e9 m\u00e1s quer\u00e9s?<br \/>\nEs importante comer las lentejas con jugo de lim\u00f3n, eso hace que podamos absorber su hierro, adem\u00e1s, quedan riqu\u00edsimas!<br \/>\nRespecto a los vegetales verdes, siempre es \u00f3ptimo comerlos lo m\u00e1s crudos posibles, cuando los cocinamos mucho, vemos que el verde de los vegetales pierde brillo y quedan como tristones, eso es porque se les va la clorofila y no solo no son atractivos a la vista, sino que pierden muchos nutrientes. Por eso, recomiendo altamente, saltear y agregar un poco de agua para ayudar a la cocci\u00f3n, pero que sea apenas de unos minutos, de esta manera los vegetales quedan crocantes y apetitosos y mucho m\u00e1s nutritivos (Esta cocci\u00f3n sirve para esp\u00e1rragos, br\u00f3colis, chauchas, coliflor, repollitos de bruselas, etc)<\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"instructions\">\n<div class=\"ERSeparator\">Para las lentejas<\/div>\n<ol>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Hervir las lentejas en abundante agua hasta que est\u00e9n tiernas.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Escurrir y condimentar con oliva, jugo de lim\u00f3n, sal, pimienta y una pizca de comino.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<div class=\"ERSeparator\">Para los vegetales<\/div>\n<ol>\n<li class=\"instruction\">En un wok o sart\u00e9n grande con un chorrito de aceite, colocar los esp\u00e1rragos, saltearlos hasta que se doren por los lados, incorporar un poco de sal y 1\/2 taza de agua hirviendo.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Cuando el agua se evapore en su totalidad, incorporar el resto de las verduras.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Saltear hasta que tomen un lindo color
