Bimbo<\/a> nos ense\u00f1\u00f3 a preparar este delicioso curry, 100 % vegetal y econ\u00f3mico, ya que hasta hicimos la leche de coco caserita!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/curry1.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-5579\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h5>CONSEJOS<\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>Para el curry usamos vegetales, pueden ser las bandejitas para sopa que ya tienen de todo, cortadito, para ahorrar tiempo. Pero tambi\u00e9n pueden sumarle soja texturizada en cubos, seit\u00e1n, no-pollo, tofu, hongos o lo que les guste.<\/li>\n<li>La leche, como dije antes, la hicimos casera. La receta completa est\u00e1 ac\u00e1:<a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/leche-de-coco\/\"> leche de coco<\/a>. Pueden usar leche comprada, claro. Y si usan la casera y quieren que la salsa les quede un poco m\u00e1s consistente, pueden agregar una cucharada de almid\u00f3n de ma\u00edz.<\/li>\n<li>Para acompa\u00f1ar, hicimos arroz hervido.
