A saber:\u00a0<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Pod\u00e9s usar los vegetales que quieras, te gusten y tengas. En la lista hay recomendados y les dir\u00eda que lo inamovible es la <strong>col<\/strong> que puede variar entre el cl\u00e1sico repollo chino -m\u00e1s conocido como hakusai-, el repollo blanco o colorado que conseguimos en cualquier verduler\u00eda y hasta r\u00e1banos.<\/li>\n<li>Nico nos dijo <em>&#8220;no piensen en un ex o en lo mal que la pasaron en alg\u00fan momento cuando &#8220;amasen&#8221; el repollo&#8221;<\/em>. Es importante <strong>pensar en positivo<\/strong> cuando se est\u00e1 cocinando. Y esto no vale s\u00f3lo para esta receta, sino para todo lo que hagamos en la vida misma. Lo que nos advirti\u00f3 Nico me hizo acordar a lo que me dijo mi psic\u00f3loga cuando yo le estaba haciendo el vestido de casamiento a Sabri: <em>&#8220;cada vez que te sientes a coser o te pongas con el vestido, imaginala a tu hermana feliz, plena, imagin\u00e1 c\u00f3mo te gustar\u00eda verla en su vida de casada&#8221;<\/em>. Ya les hab\u00eda contado que yo (Maru) soy dise\u00f1adora de indumentaria, no? En fin, me fui por las ramas, pero me pareci\u00f3 importante. Yo tengo una amiga chef profesional que siempre condimenta y mezcla las ensaladas con las manos y posta, sus ensaladas son las m\u00e1s ricas del mundo.
