En este blog hay much\u00edsimas recetas que llevan bagazo de diferentes leches vegetales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En mi caso, siempre guardo el de la leche de avena y lo uso para hacer estas <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/milanesas-de-avena\/\">milanesas<\/a>. Pero esta vez quise usarlo para hacer una receta dulce y se me ocurri\u00f3 fermentarlo, para agregarle m\u00e1s valor nutricional. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Qued\u00f3 incre\u00edble y complet\u00f3 un desayuno s\u00faper saludable con Yogur natural y granola de <a href=\"http:\/\/www.crudda.com\/productos\">CRUDDA<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery columns-0 is-cropped class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Agregar la cucharada de n\u00f3dulos de k\u00e9fir y tapar con lienzo.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li block;\">Mantener en un lugar seco, sin la luz directa del sol, durante 1 d\u00eda.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-5680-step-0-5\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Guardar el fraso en la heladera. <\/span><\/div><\/li><\/ul><\/div><div
