{"id":5705,"date":"2020-06-02T15:39:47","date_gmt":"2020-06-02T18:39:47","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/holavegan.com\/?p=5705"},"modified":"2026-04-13T06:16:12","modified_gmt":"2026-04-13T09:16:12","slug":"pan-de-pipas","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/holavegan.com\/en\/pan-de-pipas\/","title":{"rendered":"Pan de pipas"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-large is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/pan-de-pipas-01.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-5708\" style=\"width:680px;height:900px\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p>Muchos de ustedes saben que he vivido los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os de mi vida entre dos hermosas ciudades europeas, Amsterdam y Madrid.<br \/>Recientemente mi familia y yo, hemos vuelto a vivir a Buenos Aires y claro, cuando viv\u00eds tanto tiempo en otro lugar, te acostumbr\u00e1s a muchas cosas, el clima, las calles, el idioma, las costumbres y por supuesto, la comida.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esta receta que hoy les traigo es uno de los taaaaaaantos panes de picoteo que existen en Espa\u00f1a.<br \/>A los espa\u00f1oles les encanta picotear y tienen las opciones m\u00e1s deliciosas a la hora de comer cosillas. <\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-large is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/pan-de-pipas-05.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-5709\" style=\"width:680px;height:900px\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p>En fin, Sim\u00f3n, mi hijito, AAMMMMAAAAAAAAAABAAAA el pan de pipas, estos grisines achatados hiper crujientes y saladitos, repletos de semillas de girasol, le encantaba dipearlos en hummus y se com\u00eda el paquete \u00e9l solito si lo dejabas.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-large is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/pan-de-pipas-07.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-5710\" style=\"width:680px;height:900px\"\/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">Aqu\u00ed est\u00e1 la prueba, su manito asaltando el set fotogr\u00e1fico!<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p>Al volver a Buenos Aires, los empez\u00f3 a extra\u00f1ar y claro, ac\u00e1 no encontr\u00e9 ninguna opci\u00f3n ni parecida, as\u00ed que me puse manos a la obra y a crear mi propio pan de pipas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La masa lleva levadura, porque es un pan, aunque se tuesta hasta quedar crocante. Los primeros que hice los hice solo con levadura y quedan muy bien, pero un d\u00eda les sum\u00e9 masa madre y quedaron a\u00fan mejor. La masa madre no hace falta que est\u00e9 activa, a ver, yo la uso dos veces a la semana, as\u00ed que se mantiene siempre joven, si la tuya est\u00e1 un poco dormida, capaz mejor darle un refresquito, sobre todo para que no est\u00e9 tan \u00e1cida. Pero no te asustes que no hay que fermentar mil horas, solo la vamos a usar para que aporte sabor y es completamente opcional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Te recomiendo que los guardes en un frasco herm\u00e9tico
