Si bien la m\u00e1s fan\u00e1tica de estas galletitas siempre fue Loli, algo me provoc\u00f3 unas ganas locas de comerlas. No s\u00e9 si fue el clima fr\u00edo, el deseo de tener unas cookies para mojar en el t\u00e9 o la necesidad de demostrarles que se puede vivir sin miel.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/melitas02.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-5722\" src=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/melitas02.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"680\" height=\"900\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Me obsesion\u00e9 con estas galletitas y las hice infinidad de veces hasta que me salieron como las ven. Incluso despu\u00e9s de hacer estas fotos continu\u00e9 mejorando la receta, as\u00ed que en este posteo voy a darles todos los tips. Por suerte las tent\u00e9 a Loli y a Sabri, que tambi\u00e9n las hicieron para verificar que son iguales a las cl\u00e1sicas galletitas de miel, pero en versi\u00f3n libre de crueldad.<\/p>\n<h5>LA MIEL ES DE LAS ABEJAS<\/h5>\n<p>Creo que el hecho de que no consumamos miel es lo que m\u00e1s le cuesta comprender a la gente no vegana. M\u00e1s que el huevo, les dir\u00eda. Porque hasta me han llegado a decir que las abejas nos necesitan a nosotres humanes para producirla. Si no escuchan mi risa es porque \u00e9ste es un posteo escrito, porque de verdad me resulta hilarante la idea.<\/p>\n<p>Las abejas producen miel como alimento de supervivencia, ya que se alimentan principalmente a base de polen y n\u00e9ctar. La miel es su alimento alternativo para pasar el invierno, cuando las flores no abundan. Pero a la humanidad esto mucho no le importa porque si le robamos la leche a los terneros, \u00bfc\u00f3mo no le vamos a robar el alimento a un simple insecto?<\/p>\n<p>Las abejas tienen un rol fundamental en el ecosistema, del que nos beneficiamos todes, \u00bfes necesario que encima las explotemos para quitarles su alimento? Mejor vuelvo a la receta, porque me amargo y no me alcanza el dulzor de las galletitas para contrarrestarlo. Pero si quieren un poco m\u00e1s de informaci\u00f3n, les dejo este <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ecoportal.net\/temas-especiales\/pensemos-en-dejar-de-consumir-miel\/?cn-reloaded=1\">enlace a un posteo muy interesante<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h5><a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/melitas04.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-5724\" src=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/melitas04.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"680\" height=\"900\" \/><\/a><\/h5>\n<h5>VOLVIENDO A LA RECETA<\/h5>\n<p>No necesitamos la miel para darle ese sabor dulce, intenso y \u00fanico. En vez de miel y adem\u00e1s de az\u00facar, agregu\u00e9 jengibre, canela, melaza y extracto de vainilla para saborizar. La pizca de sal ayuda a potenciar todos los sabores.<\/p>\n<p>Es una receta que lleva muuucho az\u00facar y muuucha materia grasa para dar con la consistencia, por lo que recomiendo usar productos de calidad. Como endulzante us\u00e9 dos tipos de az\u00facar: org\u00e1nica y de mascabo. Como materia grasa: aceite de coco (puede reemplazarse por margarina o manteca vegetal).\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Debido a la cantidad de az\u00facar y materia grasa, estas galletitas no se amasan y cortan con cortapastas como otras. Es necesario hacerlas bolitas &#8211;<a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/cookies-irresistibles-2\/\">como estas otras cookies que te ense\u00f1amos ac\u00e1<\/a>&#8211; y\u00a0 acomodarlas con muuucho espacio entre s\u00ed en la fuente para horno \u00a1porque se expanden! Es aconsejable refrigerarlas al menos media hora antes de hornear para que se derritan m\u00e1s lentamente y mantengan su forma.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n<div id=\"recipe\"><\/div><div de harina con el bicarbonato, el polvo para hornear y la sal.
