Se acuerdan del kimchi que nos ense\u00f1\u00f3 Nico Salguero?<br \/>Para el <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/kimchi\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">kimchi<\/a> usamos la parte externa de los zucchinis, y \u00e9l mismo nos di\u00f3 esta idea para aprovechar la parte de las semillas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Se trata de una mayonesa liviana o dressing que pod\u00e9s usar para aderezar ensaladas o, como en mi caso, salsear vegetales asados. Prepar\u00e9 esta calabaza y la serv\u00ed tibia, con este dressing y semillas de calabaza tostadas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Rico, f\u00e1cil y liviano!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/mayo-saludable-02.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-5739\" width=\"680\" height=\"900\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pod\u00e9s usar este dressing en cualquiera de estas ensaladas!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul
