{"id":5771,"date":"2020-06-19T14:49:01","date_gmt":"2020-06-19T17:49:01","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/holavegan.com\/?p=5771"},"modified":"2026-04-13T06:16:11","modified_gmt":"2026-04-13T09:16:11","slug":"pizza-canchera","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/holavegan.com\/en\/pizza-canchera\/","title":{"rendered":"Pizza canchera"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/pizza-canchera-1.jpg\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-5776\" src=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/pizza-canchera-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"680\" height=\"900\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Este cl\u00e1sico porte\u00f1o, es una de las tantas recetas que qued\u00f3 afuera de <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/comida-tipica-argentina-vegana\/\">Comida T\u00edpica Argentina Vegana<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Cuenta la leyenda que, a las salidas de las canchas de f\u00fatbol, se vend\u00eda en porciones esta pizza fr\u00eda, untada con una salsa de tomate picante y especiada y SIN QUESO, es decir, originalmente vegana.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/pizza-canchera-5.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-5774\" src=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/pizza-canchera-5.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"680\" height=\"900\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Es una oferta que no est\u00e1 en los men\u00faes de toooodas las pizzer\u00edas, pero que a m\u00ed me encanta pedir cuando existe, para variar un poco de la cl\u00e1sica fugazza y <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/pizza-de-quinoa\/\">fain\u00e1<\/a> -que suelen ser las \u00fanicas opciones <em>vegan friendly<\/em>-.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/pizza-canchera-2.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-5773\" src=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/pizza-canchera-2.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"680\" height=\"900\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Para esta versi\u00f3n, us\u00e9 la misma masa que les ense\u00f1amos en la <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/fugazzeta-rellena\/\">fugazzeta rellena<\/a>. Con esa proporci\u00f3n salen dos pizzas chicas o una muuuuy grande. Y le puse onda, para que quede m\u00e1s canchera a\u00fan. Adem\u00e1s de la salsa de tomate que originalmente en casa hacemos con albahaca y condimentos, le puse ajo picado y tomates cherry salteados. Es realmente tan sabrosa que no se extra\u00f1a para nada la presencia de muzza.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/pizza-canchera-4.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-5775\" src=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/pizza-canchera-4.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"680\" height=\"900\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Nuestro padre asegura, que la verdadera pizza canchera no tiene &#8220;piso&#8221;, es decir, que se dobla al agarrar la porci\u00f3n desde el borde. Supongo que eso sucede porque originalmente esta pizza se vend\u00eda fr\u00eda, porque tiene salsa extra y porque, para ahorrar espacio en el tabl\u00f3n improvisado a la salida de la cancha, se apilaban una encima de la otra, lo que hace que la masa quede m\u00e1s bien h\u00fameda. A m\u00ed personalmente, me gusta la pizza crocantita, as\u00ed que siempre la horneo en la rejilla m\u00e1s baja del horno. Pero, esa parte se las dejo a gusto y <em>piacere<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>Y ya que nombr\u00e9 #padre, les recuerdo que este domingo va a ense\u00f1arnos a cocinar en nuestro canal de <a Bajar el fuego y cocinar apenas unos minutos. block;\">Prender el horno a fuego m\u00e1ximo mientras dejamos leudar la pizza estirada (aproximadamente 15 a 20 minutos).<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-5777-step-2-2\"
