No les parece uno de los vegetales m\u00e1s vers\u00e1tiles que existen?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Es que, en cualquier preparaci\u00f3n son ricas. En <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/berenjenas-rebozadas\/\">milangas<\/a>, en <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/berenjenas-en-escabeche\/\">escabeche<\/a>, en <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/tarta-de-berenjenas\/\">tartas<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Con piel, sin piel, en un wok, en una lasa\u00f1a y ni les cuento como quedan maceradas, en la receta de Quiche Lorraine que pueden encontrar en nuestro segundo libro: <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/se-viene-un-nuevo-libro\/\">&#8220;Comida Internacional Vegana&#8221;<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Estos rollitos, aparte de ser deliciosos y sencillos de preparar son s\u00faper rendidores, y m\u00e1s si los acompa\u00f1an con una guarnici\u00f3n de ensalada, o papas!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter\"><a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/rollitos-de-berenjena-01.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/rollitos-de-berenjena-01.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-5807\"\/><\/a><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>El relleno es de portobellos, con cebollita y aceitunas picadas. Pueden usar queso crema para ligarlo, pero si no tienen, basta con echar un chorrito de leche a la preparaci\u00f3n y se formar\u00e1 una cremita tan rica que no podr\u00e1n esperar para probarla!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Una vez armados, pueden comerlos tibios o pueden acomodarlos en una placa y llevarlos al horno. Lo ideal es esparcirles por encima alg\u00fan queso, como <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/queso-de-avena-derrite-y-gratina\/\">este<\/a> de avena, que derrite y gratina muy
