El de comer \u00f1oquis los 29 es uno de mis favoritos y con marido lo cumplimos al pie de la letra, poniendo billetes abajo del plato y todo.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Hace un tiempo, Ana, la mujer de nuestro padre, nos comparti\u00f3 esta receta que suelen preparar en su familia y bien podr\u00eda formar parte del recetario de <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/comida-internacional-vegana\/\">Comida Internacional Vegana<\/a>, porque son oriundos del norte de Italia. Se trata de unos \u00f1oquis muy particulares que nosotras jam\u00e1s hab\u00edamos probado y que, por suerte, no resultaron nada dif\u00edciles de veganizar.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/gnocchi03.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-5852\" src=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/gnocchi03.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"680\" height=\"900\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>A diferencia de los <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/noquis-de-papa\/\">\u00f1oquis de papa<\/a> que solemos preparar, estos est\u00e1n hechos con s\u00e9mola gruesa (puede reemplazarse por Vitina, que se consigue en el supermercado). Y en vez de hervirse, se gratinan al horno. Tampoco se sirven con <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/fideos-con-tuco\/\">tuco<\/a>\u00a0o salsa, aunque s\u00ed llevan mucho queso rallado.<\/p>\n<p>Se trata de un plato muy econ\u00f3mico y f\u00e1cil de preparar que, adem\u00e1s, \u00a1es riqu\u00edsimo!\u00a0<\/p>\n<h5>REEMPLAZOS:<\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Leche:<\/strong> suelen prepararse con una base de leche de vaca que nosotras reemplazamos exitosamente con <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/leche-de-avena\/\">leche de avena<\/a>. Pueden reemplazar por la leche vegetal de su preferencia, siempre y cuando no est\u00e9 endulzada.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Manteca:<\/strong> la sustituimos por aceite de oliva. Aunque tambi\u00e9n pueden usar nuestra <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/manteca\/\">manteca casera<\/a>\u00a0o aceite de coco.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Queso rallado:<\/strong> nada que este <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/queso-estilo-gruyere\/\">queso de lupines<\/a> no pueda saborizar.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/gnocchi05.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-5854\" src=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/gnocchi05.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"680\" height=\"900\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>El toque especial, siguiendo los consejos de Ana, se lo dimos con una cucharadita de este <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/caldo-concentrado\/\">caldito concentrado<\/a> para que queden bien sabrosos.<\/p>\n<p>En casa los servimos reci\u00e9n sacados del horno, bien gratinados, con una ensalada fresca de tomate y aceite de oliva, a la que tambi\u00e9n se le puede sumar un poco de ajo y or\u00e9gano.<\/p>\n<p><a block;\">Colocar el litro de leche, las dos cucharadas de aceite de oliva y el caldo concentrado en una cacerolita. Condimentar con sal y pimienta y cocinar hasta que la mezcla espese.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-5849-step-0-2\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Retirar y volcar la pasta resultante sobre una mesada humedecida. Esperar a que entibie.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-5849-step-0-3\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Estirar con palo de amasar hasta 1 cm de espesor y cortar discos de aproximadamente 8 a 10 cm de di\u00e1metro.
