Ten\u00eda muuuuuuuuuuucha fiaca, estaba tiradita en el sill\u00f3n, y no pod\u00eda dejar de pensar en que, necesitaba algo rico para el mate.<br \/>La opci\u00f3n m\u00e1s r\u00e1pida de algo rico para el mate, son las cookies, se preparan enseguida, se cocinan en minutos, se enfr\u00edan de toque, as\u00ed que, en un ratito ten\u00eda listo el acompa\u00f1amiento perfecto para mis amargos.<br \/>Prepar\u00e9 estas cookies, las met\u00ed en el horno y mientras me sub\u00ed a la bici fija para transpirar un poco y poder comer tranquila.<br \/>Ac\u00e1 les va la receta de estas cookies de avena, con ar\u00e1ndanos y almendras. ATENCI\u00d3N: Pueden hacerlas sin gluten si compran avena sin gluten (valga la redundancia) por estos pagos yo consigo &#8220;avena&#8221; de qu\u00ednoa, o qu\u00ednoa en hojuelas, no s\u00e9 c\u00f3mo se llamar\u00e1, tiene el mismo aspecto que la avena, pero es sin gluten, pregunten en su diet\u00e9tica!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" procesado)<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1 pizca de polvo de 5 especias (especias para reposter\u00eda, tiene canela, an\u00eds estrellado, jengibre, clavo y pimienta)<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1 cdita. de canela en polvo<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">Ralladura de 1\/2 lim\u00f3n<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">2 cdas. de az\u00facar rubio<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">2 cdas. de sirope de ar\u00e1ndanos (o cualquier sirope, si no ten\u00e9s, agreg\u00e1 1 cda. m\u00e1s de az\u00facar)<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1 cdita. de semillas de ch\u00eda activadas<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1 cda. de aceite de coco (o el aceite vegetal que tengas)<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1 cda. de pasta de almendras o de man\u00ed (opcional)<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">2 cdas. de leche de almendras<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1\/2 taza de almendras<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1\/2 taza de ar\u00e1ndanos secos (tipo pasas)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"ERInstructions\">\n<div class=\"ERInstructionsHeader\">Instructions<\/div>\n<div class=\"instructions\">\n<ol>\n<li class=\"instruction\">En un bol colocar la avena, la harina de coco, el az\u00facar, las especias y la ralladura de lim\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">En otro bol mezclar las semillas ya activadas, el aceite, el sirope y la pasta de almendras.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Unir ambas preparaciones mezclando con cuchara.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Agregar la leche hasta que los ingredientes se unan, queda tipo arena h\u00fameda.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Incorporar las almendras picadas y los ar\u00e1ndanos.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Colocar cucharadas de la mezcla en una placa para horno, con papel de horno o silicona.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Aplastarlas un poco formando las cookies.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Cocinar en horno moderado por 15 a 20 minutos, hasta que est\u00e9n
