Por aqu\u00e9l entonces no era vegana, as\u00ed que me despach\u00e9 con carbonadas, empanadas de carne cortada a cuchillo y masa casera -compradas en la calle- y humitas desbordantes de queso.<\/p>\n<p>Qued\u00e9 tan fascinada que jur\u00e9 que volver\u00eda. Y \u00bfa que no saben qu\u00e9? Nunca volv\u00ed! Pensaba hacerlo justo por estas fechas, pero bueno, dada la situaci\u00f3n que nos toca vivir, no me queda mucho m\u00e1s que apelar a viajar con la imaginaci\u00f3n y -como bien decimos en <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/comida-internacional-vegana\/\">Comida Internacional Vegana<\/a>&#8211; con los sabores.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Para inaugurar este vuelo de cabotaje y en plena semana del aniversario de nuestra independencia, decid\u00ed recrear la humita en chala. Porque la humita a la olla la hice ya muchas veces pero, para m\u00ed, no es tan gustosa como la humita en chala. Y pr\u00e1cticamente la \u00fanica diferencia en la receta, es que para hacer la humita a la olla -como la cocino por m\u00e1s tiempo- uso el zapallo crudo rallado y, en este caso, lo puse hecho pur\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/humita03.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-5896\" src=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/humita03.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"680\" height=\"900\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<h5>BLANQUEAR LAS CHALAS<\/h5>\n<p>Lo primer\u00edsimo que hay que hacer, es quitar las chalas con cuidado. En realidad, primero hay que preguntarle a su verdulera\/o de confianza si tiene chalas grandes, porque a veces les quitan las primeras hojas para ponerlos a la venta y esas son las m\u00e1s grandes y resistentes. Pero, si no las conseguimos, entonces retiramos con muuucho cuidado todas las que trae cada choclo y las seleccionamos con amor. Hay que lavarlas y blanquearlas, es decir, pasarlas por agua hirviendo unos minutos para volverlas m\u00e1s maleables.<\/p>\n<h5>RALLAR LOS CHOCLOS<\/h5>\n<p>No es lo mismo usar choclo en lata y tampoco da igual &#8220;pelarlos&#8221; a cuchillo. Los choclos se rallan, porque cuando se rallan largan jugo y el resultado es una crema espectacular. Lleva trabajo, s\u00ed, mucho, pero vale el esfuerzo.<\/p>\n<h5>PREPARAR LA MUZZA<\/h5>\n<p>Para esta ocasi\u00f3n yo us\u00e9 nuestra infalible, la \u00fanica e inigualable, <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/muzza-de-mani\/\">muzza de man\u00ed.<\/a> Pero claro que pueden ponerle la de <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/queso-de-avena-derrite-y-gratina\/\">avena<\/a>, la de <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/queso-derretible-de-arroz\/\">arroz<\/a> o la de <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/doble-queso\/\">caj\u00fa.<\/a>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/humita02.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-5895\" Sazonar con los condimentos, rectificar sal y pimienta y cocinar por 10 minutos. Agregar unas cucharadas de la humita y un trozo de muzzarella.
