{"id":5928,"date":"2020-07-13T17:45:25","date_gmt":"2020-07-13T20:45:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/holavegan.com\/?p=5928"},"modified":"2026-04-13T06:16:10","modified_gmt":"2026-04-13T09:16:10","slug":"gratin-dauphinois","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/holavegan.com\/en\/gratin-dauphinois\/","title":{"rendered":"Gratin dauphinois"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/gratin06.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-5929\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>La semana pasada nuestros amig@s de <a href=\"https:\/\/chebanana.com.ar\/\">Che Banana<\/a> (frutas y verduras sin agrot\u00f3xicos) nos enviaron un bols\u00f3n repleto de delicias.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/gratin01.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-5930\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Y decidimos convertirlas en una versi\u00f3n diferente de este famoso gratinado de papas de origen franc\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Super original porque, en lugar de papas, lleva boniato, tomate y un sofrito con cebolla de verdeo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/gratin02.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-5931\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Aunque decidimos ponerle tambi\u00e9n las papas, porque&#8230; qui\u00e9n no ama las papas?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s usamos caldo de verduras que tenemos siempre listo con <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/caldo-concentrado\/\" target=\"_blank\">esta maravillosa receta<\/a>. Agregamos leche de coco para hacerlo m\u00e1s cremoso y nuestro espectacular <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/queso-derretible-de-arroz\/\" target=\"_blank\">queso derretible de arroz<\/a> para terminar de gratinar, queda bien con cualquier queso que derrita, como nuestra <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/muzza-de-mani\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">muzza de man\u00ed<\/a>, el <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/queso-de-avena-derrite-y-gratina\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Oat cheese<\/a> o los famosos <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/quesadillas-veganas-g-f\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">queso de papa<\/a> y quesofu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lleva poco trabajo y se hace relativamente r\u00e1pido y les aseguro que queda muy muy rico y sabroso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los condimentos que lleva son los que m\u00e1s te gusten a vos, nosotras usamos piment\u00f3n ahumado, aj\u00ed molido picante (un poquito), pimienta negra y romero.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Y un generoso chorro de aceite de oliva de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/oh.aceite.de.oliva\/?hl=es\">OH!<span data-mce-type=\"bookmark\" id=\"mce_1_start\" data-mce-style=\"overflow:hidden;line-height:0px\" style=\"overflow:hidden;line-height:0px\"><\/span><\/a> para terminar y dar ese toque delicioso.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lo ideal es armar todo en una fuente o sart\u00e9n que pueda ponerse tanto en la hornalla como en el horno, si no ten\u00e9s, pod\u00e9s hacer el sofrito en una sart\u00e9n com\u00fan y posteriormente, armar todo en una fuente para horno (que sea profunda) y cocinarlo tapado con papel aluminio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery aligncenter 20px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Pelar las papas y los boniatos<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-5941-step-0-3\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Cortar los tomates, las papas y los boniatos en rodajas de aproximadamente 1 cm. de espesor<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-5941-step-0-4\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Si tu sart\u00e9n puede ir al horno, empezar a armar las capas por encima del sofrito de verdeo. Sino, disponer el sofrito en el fondo de la fuente para horno elegida y comenzar a armar las capas con los vegetales<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-5941-step-0-5\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Colocar una capa de papas, por encima una capa de tomates y por encima una capa de boniatos. Dependiendo del tama\u00f1o de la fuente, alcanzar\u00e1 para 2 o 3 capas de cada una.
