Depende del destino al que vayas, es importante comprar algunas cuantas provisiones para no pasarla mal cuando empieza a picar el bagre.<br \/>\nPor eso les quiero compartir mi receta de barritas energ\u00e9ticas caseras, raw y totalmente naturales. Son un SHOCK de energ\u00eda, sabrosas, aportan muchos nutrientes y las pod\u00e9s llevar en la cartera, ya sea que viajes o que vayas a merendar a alg\u00fan lugar no vegano (en donde no pod\u00e9s comer casi nada).<br \/>\nSe preparan muy f\u00e1cilmente, todos los ingredientes en la procesadora, luego se deja enfriar bien y luego se corta.
