Est\u00e1n en nuestro blog desde hace casi 6 a\u00f1os y por supuesto, tambi\u00e9n est\u00e1n en nuestro libro <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/comida-tipica-argentina-vegana\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Comida T\u00edpica Argentina Vegana.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hoy les traigo una versi\u00f3n a la que me gusta llamar FIACA, tiene la misma base que la cl\u00e1sica, pero evita dos cosas que me da mucha fiaca hacer:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1- Le quit\u00e9 la zanahoria rallada, porque fiaca rallar o ensuciar la procesadora para ese prop\u00f3sito.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2- Le quit\u00e9 por completo el proceso de liga. Es decir, no mezcla de &#8220;huevo&#8221; para pegar el rebozador, se pega directamente en la milanga.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Como parte del sabor iba en la liga, ahora lo que hago es ponerle todos esos sabores directamente en la pasta hecha con la avena, con lo cual, todo el sabor queda all\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/milanesas-napolitana03-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-5958\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Para terminar, las hice <strong>a la napo<\/strong>. Es decir, convertir la milanga en pizza, poni\u00e9ndole salsa de pizza y mozzarella.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/milanesas-napolitana04.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-5959\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Creo que ya no hace falta m\u00e1s introducci\u00f3n para tentarlos con estas ricuras, son crujientes por fuera, tiernas por dentro y MUY pero MUY sabrosas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter
