En este mismo blog podr\u00e1n encontrar <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/croquetas-de-espinacas\/\">\u00e9sta<\/a> que hizo Loli hace ya 5 a\u00f1os y tambi\u00e9n tenemos otra versi\u00f3n con acelga en <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/comida-tipica-argentina-vegana\/\">Comida T\u00edpica Argentina Vegana<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>La verdad es que no existe una \u00fanica f\u00f3rmula para hacer este plato, pero lo que s\u00ed est\u00e1 bueno tener en cuenta es la proporci\u00f3n de harina en base a la cantidad de hojas verdes (ya sea espinaca o acelga) que usemos.<\/p>\n<p>En mi caso, me costaba lograr la consistencia que quer\u00eda y muchas veces se me desarmaban. Esta vez decid\u00ed probar agregando semillas de lino para que toda la preparaci\u00f3n se amalgame mejor. Y adem\u00e1s, proces\u00e9 la espinaca, que sol\u00eda dejarla cortada groseramente.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/bocaditos-de-espinaca02.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-5965\" src=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/bocaditos-de-espinaca02.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"680\" height=\"900\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<h5>\u00bfEl resultado?<\/h5>\n<p>Unos bocaditos de color verde intenso, s\u00faper crocantitos por fuera y tiernitos por dentro. Repletos de sabor, muy saludables y simples de preparar.<\/p>\n<p>Pod\u00e9s fre\u00edrlos, cocinarlos en el horno o hacer como yo: sellarlos en una sart\u00e9n con un chorrito de aceite de oliva, a fuego moderado, hasta que est\u00e9n cocidos de ambos lados.<\/p>\n<p>Los acompa\u00f1\u00e9 con arroz y una ensaladita de tomates cherry condimentada con ajo y hierbas. Escurrir la espinaca y agregarla al vaso tambi\u00e9n junto con el ajo que usamos para saltear.
