Lo que m\u00e1s se me complicaba era pensar c\u00f3mo volver\u00eda a preparar esos platos que para m\u00ed eran irremplazables. Entre ellos estaba el pastel de papa.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Con mis hermanas decimos siempre que no nos hicimos veganas porque no nos gustara el sabor de la carne, lo hicimos por empat\u00eda. Porque una vez que conectamos el sufrimiento y la muerte con el trozo de carne asada, nos fue imposible que el gusto le ganara al conocimiento.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Aunque progresivamente fuimos domando la necesidad de consumir algunos sabores, para nosotras recrear platos que emulen aquellos que tanto nos gustaban, es todo un desaf\u00edo. Los que conocen nuestro libro <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/comida-tipica-argentina-vegana\/\">&#8220;Comida T\u00edpica Argentina Vegana&#8221;<\/a> saben de qu\u00e9 les hablo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Para reemplazar la carne picada hay varias opciones. En lo personal, creo que la soja texturizada es la que m\u00e1s se acerca al resultado. Es importante destacar que la soja texturizada es una prote\u00edna que se obtiene mediante el proceso de extrusi\u00f3n de la harina desgrasada de soja obtenida principalmente como subproducto de la extracci\u00f3n de aceite de soja.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<h5><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00bfC\u00d3MO UTILIZAR LA CARNE VEGETAL?<\/span><\/h5>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hidratamos la soja con agua caliente y luego enjuagamos muy bien. Hay que tener en cuenta que el volumen se duplica. As\u00ed que debemos hidratar la mitad de lo que necesitamos.<\/span><\/p>\n<h5><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">HABLEMOS DEL SABOR:<\/span><\/h5>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Es importante, una vez que cocinamos el relleno, dejar que descanse como m\u00ednimo 1 d\u00eda en la heladera. Eso resaltar\u00e1 el sabor de los condimentos que usemos y el gusto a soja no se sentir\u00e1.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/empanadas-de-carne\/\">esta<\/a> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">receta podr\u00e1n ver los tips para que est\u00e9 relleno les quede IDEAL.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En cuanto al pur\u00e9 aconsejamos prepararlo con aceite de coco como reemplazo de la manteca y leche de avena. Yo le agregu\u00e9 <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/muzza-de-mani\/\">este <\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">queso para hacer una versi\u00f3n m\u00e1s completa y a\u00fan m\u00e1s nutritiva, pero es opcional. Tambi\u00e9n pueden agregar un <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/scrambled-tofu-re-loaded\/\">scrambled<\/a> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">tofu,en reemplazo del huevo Dejar en reposo hasta que duplique su tama\u00f1o. Remover constantemente hasta que se vuelva \u201ccrocante\u201d. Este paso es muy importante para que quede con buena textura el relleno.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-6005-step-0-2\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Por otro lado, rehogar las cebollas con una pizca de sal. Agregar la soja texturizada, el caldo y la salsa de soja.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-6005-step-0-3\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Incorporar todos los condimentos. Pisar con pisapapas. <\/span><\/div><\/li><\/ul><\/div><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-group\"><h4 class=\"wprm-recipe-group-name wprm-recipe-instruction-group-name wprm-block-text-bold\">Para el armado<\/h4><ul class=\"wprm-recipe-instructions\"><li id=\"wprm-recipe-6005-step-2-0\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Colocar el relleno en una fuente, colocar el queso y esparcir el pur\u00e9 por encima.
