No recuerdo que a nadie le gustara tanto como a m\u00ed.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pod\u00eda comer hasta el hartazgo, y de hecho eso me pas\u00f3 una vez, que despu\u00e9s de comer tanta alcachofa me empach\u00e9 y no pude volver a comer por a\u00f1os!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Para poder replicar la receta le ped\u00ed ayuda\u00a0 a nuestro padre, que, como ya saben es un gran cocinero y recuerda muy bien aquellas preparaciones.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">No lleva demasiados ingredientes y es muy simple de preparar, lo que si necesitar\u00e1n es un rico <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/caldo-concentrado\/\">caldo<\/a>, para que les quede bien sabrosa. Aunque si no tienen pueden reemplazarlo por agua.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Volviendo a la alcachofa, si hablamos de sus propiedades, les cuento que est\u00e1 compuesta mayormente por agua e hidratos de carbono, especialmente fibra. Es rica en vitaminas del grupo B y contiene muchos minerales, entre ellos calcio.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">En un bol colocar la leche y la miga de pan trozada. Agregar el ajo y el perejil picados, la sal, pimienta y la levadura nutricional. La consistencia debe ser la de una pastita. No debe quedar muy l\u00edquida. Si la miga absorvi\u00f3 demasiada leche, pod\u00e9s agregar m\u00e1s.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-6019-step-0-3\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Colocar la pasta obtenida entre las hojas de la alcachofa, rellenando lo m\u00e1s que se pueda.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-6019-step-0-4\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">En una cacerola ubicar los alcauciles parados, es decir, con el corte que hicimos en la base hacia abajo y agregar el caldo o agua cubriendo hasta la mitad de la olla. Tapar la cacerola y cocinar a fuego m\u00ednimo por 1 hora aproximadamente. Para saber si est\u00e1n tiernos pod\u00e9s arrancar una hojita y probar.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-6019-step-0-5\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Se puede servir entero, o desarmar hoja por hoja para una mejor presentaci\u00f3n.
