As\u00ed que le ped\u00ed ayuda a Maru, que me dio todos los tips y me prest\u00f3 sus manitas para panquequear.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los preparamos en la super panquequera de <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/fournee.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">Fourn\u00e9e<\/a>, que tiene un formato cuadrado, por lo que los panqueques quedan ideales para enrollar y doblar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/crepes-02.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-6032\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">El relleno<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Como les cont\u00e9 lo hice con hongos, us\u00e9 g\u00edrgolas, portobellos y shitakes frescos, adem\u00e1s, cebolla de verdeo, queso y crema vegetal. Un espect\u00e1culo!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pueden usar los hongos que tengan, siempre que sean frescos. En cuanto al queso, pueden probar cualquiera de las recetas que les pego a continuaci\u00f3n:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"
